I’m a gym coach and joined mostly out of curiosity—I knew the team had a solid background. Honestly thought I’d already seen it all, but they really gave me a new perspective. I’ve started using some of their methods with clients, and it’s been working great. Grateful for a program that actually delivers.
I have a history of disordered eating, so I was worried that tracking food, weight and measurements would push me back into old habits. But my mentor was incredibly supportive and careful. We worked through it at a steady pace, and I never felt triggered or unsafe. Now I feel stronger both physically and emotionally. I didn’t think this would be possible for me, but I’m really glad I gave it a try
Good program overall. The guidance and content are solid, but I found the app a bit confusing. It basically works with a food tracker that syncs to their app—felt like too many apps for one program, or maybe it’s just me being lazy, idk. But I have to give it to them—once you get used to it, the program delivers solid results.
My husband joined this program first, and I was just watching him get all hyped 😂 At first I was like "meh," but after Christmas I decided to give it a shot too. Shoutout to the team—you guys are awesome!
Fizikl helped me drop 2 sizes in 16 weeks—are you kidding me? My only critique (as a bit of a geek) would be to improve the interface for easier onboarding. It was a bit confusing at first. Otherwise, highly recommended!

I’ll give it 3 stars – great mentors and the content is amazing. But the app’s layout is confusing. Took me a while to figure out where things are.
Really good program. My mentor was fantastic, very empathetic and helpful. I think the nutrition module could go a bit deeper. But overall, it worked well for me.

Probably the best online project I tried when it comes to body transformation, either weight loss or bulking.
They have mentors, human mentors not AI, so it's basically 1-1 online coaching, you literally learn how to balance your nutrition and lifestyle and your personal menntor is there of you to guide you through the transformation.
I personally joined for educational part cuz they have lots of video lectures about nutrition and traning, so I learned how to eat and how to workout efficiently, got my recomposition and still follow their recommendations after the course.
The only thing that's not there was food tracker, I had to use fatsecret so it's two apps to use, still takes like 5-7 minutes a day
