Couldn’t be happier with my website: I was scared at the beginning didn’t know them . Robert did a great job, fast, great communication, great price , so far so good .

Ok, I Seriously can't say enough good things about FixMyWebs! They redid my website and it came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL - literally everything I wanted!!! Working with them was so easy. Communication was great the whole time, and Robert was awesome! He walked me through everything step by step and took the time to let me take notes. He made the whole process stress free!

The worse web developer group of 2025. Do not click your ads on Facebook. What a loss of time and money and damage to our website. This company's trickery and deception hard coded the text and most other features on my website making it incapable of backend edits. I and another professional group are currently fixing everything that FixMyWebs screwed up. Do not pick this company or believe most of their bogus made-up reviews about how good they and Robert are. They were not. If you want to continually repeat instructions, have your brand image misinterpreted, or have people logging into your website from foreign servers from Pakistan, and eventually screw up what you had previously, then go with them.

5 months later, and finally a basic cookie-cutter website revamp that I could have done myself. Robert, although a seemingly polite individual, was totally incompetent with interpreting my existing brand's image. That deficiency cause excessive redos, months of excuses, apologies, and so much stress and worry for me as I tried to maintain producing my products, and business events. I expected a project manager to have better listening skills, and read the emails that take so much time trying to explain and communicate on 100 message email threads, sent to him with all of my brand information. It was like he never even read, opened, or simply forgot. I repeatedly had to rewrite instructions and requests to Robert. Beware of FixMyWebs. After your initial payment of $350-$500, they immediately try to force you to change your web host platform to a Wordpress so they can charge you another $500, and then charge you for another separate $500 fee for hosting with them for a year. They ripped me off for $400, which was supposed to be for a Wordpress site (a desperate sales discount of $100 off), but then I realized the misalignment with Robert and decided against it and to just stick to my Shopify platform. THEY REFUSED TO refund me, as my website remains in Shopify. I paid a total of $900. I found Robert and his web developer amateur when it comes to existing brands particularly in BEAUTY HEALTH or established websites. In the end, I had to finish and fix the backend details of my own website. The SEO, meta tags, terms conditions, shipping info, privacy info, and all of my existing product information was either lost or deleted by them. THEY EVEN DELETED ALL OF MY PRODUCT INGREDIENTS AND PERTINENT INFORMATION! All that still needs to be redone and added to my site. Copywriting skills were subpar to none. They have a very generic design style and a very "template" look to their websites designs. Nothing competitively, trendy or exciting on UX or UI features. If you want a few new features they charge you extra instead of finding the best deal for a client. Much like another Google reviewer wrote, it started out good and then soon began to see the lack of Robert's ability to interpret information correctly. It was exhausting. I was ripped off by FixMyWebs\ Los Angeles Logo Designs and Luke Edwards, was worthless in terms of customer service beyond his relentless sales pitch to you. Regretful for picking this company when there are so many companies offering quick inexpensive web design. I do not recommend this small personal freelance venture company, at all. You will get what you pay for--basic cookies.

It started out good and then it went left. Communication was an issue and that's all I'm going to say.
