This company steals your money.
I cancelled an appointment before the 24 hour cut-off period, and I am still waiting for my refund that I've been told I would get for the past month. I've already filed a fraud charge with my credit card company, so luckily they've got my back on that. Their customer service however lies and gives you the run around on multiple calls if you try to rightfully get your money back.

This is the best home warranty/repair company I have ever used on our rent houses and our personal house! No questions asked, they just repair or replace what is broken!

I had the water outlet to the washer…
I had the water outlet to the washer leaking when we moved in. Explained thoroughly to the lady the took my call and made appt to be fixed what my problem was and thought it would need replaced. Told the plumber when he called same. He came, said it needed replaced. Spent 40 minutes waiting for approval. Told me it wasn’t covered after all that and it’d be near $300 to fix. So basically crappy warranty covers nothing. I cancelled right away. Two months later I’m still waiting for my refund.

Fixd idemized statement and payment
My issues is I had to stay on top of this work to get a proper invoice of the work. They sent me a blank invoice showing no information. And as far as the finances. I have it in writing that the turn key job was to be $5020 and the final invoice was for $5320 the amount they put on my finial invoice. And there is the matter of they requested me to sign a i phone screen and it was told me it was to acknowledge the work, and then they applied my signature to their invoice had accepted the higher price. Their work was top Enoch and if they got their bookkeeping in as good of shape they will be in business a long time.
Impressed with level of service and personnel (Robert Smith & Roger Stalcup)
Robert Smith, the appliance repairman who showed up to fix our dishwasher, was friendly, professional, and diagnosed and fixed the complicated wiring problem in our dishwasher quickly and efficiently.
On a separate plumbing job, we were equally impressed with plumber, Roger Stalcup. Like Robert, Roger was communicative, professional, and friendly. Like Robert also, he diagnosed and fixed our complicated plumbing problem in a snap.
Both technicians get 5 stars from us. We were very impressed with the level of service and quality of personnel we received from Fix'd! Oh! And both technicians were on time, if not a little early!

Asked for repair of leaking faucet. When technician arrives they said this is not covered under warranty.
Arrived early and on time
Arrived early and on time. Work was performed professionally and quickly. Since drains have been cleans plumbing system is working great. I highly recommend using these guys again.

Simply terrible.
Bad response time and incompetent service people. In the 6 months I have been with fixed, they have visited my house more than 20 times to try and fix HVAC issues. It still has not been fixed. They keep throwing parts at the problem without any regard for the amount of my time they consume. The advertised $10k satisfaction guarantee is apparently a complete lie. Look elsewhere for a home warranty.
First home warranty that I will definitely not be coming back to.
This is the most garbage service I have ever received for anything. Aside from the fact that I have had to take off of work 5 times for AC service and my system is still not working correctly. Every time I have been scheduled, the technicians have showed up 2 hours or more late, once didn't show up at all and I didn't get a call till an hour after they were supposed to be there.
I have to agree with the person below, the AC technicians that have been out to replace my ac system, have been clueless most of the time.
Took 2 weeks without AC to get Fixd to come out and finally replace it.
Read the reviews and find a better home warranty to go with because you will be disappointed in Fixd. They might be ok for small stuff, but when it comes to HVAC or other bigger things, you'll be left very disappointed and angry.
Technicians don’t know what they’re doing, nothing is covered...
The technicians don’t seem to be knowledgeable and they were rude. None of the four visits were covered, so we had to pay the deductible and for everything else. They came out one time to fix the sewer system, it was smelly and baking up. They snaked it and charged us $250. Then came out a month later and snaked it again. They also said we had to pay $250 again for the snake and tried to charge us $350 to put a camera down the drain and $250 to put a smoke bomb down there. We ended up telling them to leave and then I called to complain. We’re were refunded $150 for the snake, but not for the after hours surcharge. I called a plumber outside of Fix’d and they came out the same day, no surcharge. They diagnosed the problem in about 10 mins. Turns out there was no pipe to snake, the snake was covered in mud, something you shouldn’t find in a sewer pipe. They fixed it in 1 day and we were very happy. Won’t be signing up with Fix’d after our contract is up. This was one of several disappointments. I will say the app is EPIC. Also the customer service at their office was great too.

Very difficult to get on schedule for repair. It is not right to charge someone for third party provider if you do not have the resources to schedule a service call. You guys have been my #1 referral to my clients but I cannot continue to refer you if it is this difficult to get on the schedule.
