After an accident that wasn’t my fault, fix auto made my life so much easier, they picked my car up from work and dropped it back off there, fixed the problem, kept in touch and let me know about another problem it had, fixed that and made sure it came back to me fit for road use, cleaned up and windscreen wash in. Lifesavers!

Debbie was so helpful when dropping off and picking up my car from the garage! They couldn’t do enough for me and made me feel like my car was in good hands!

Had my car repaired with fix auto and the first thing to mention is how lovely and friendly all the staff were. Made the whole car accident thing so much easier and pleasant than it could have been. My car also came back sparkling which was a lovely added extra. Great service!

Fantastic service I was kept up to date throughout the whole repair process and nothing was too much trouble. I really felt like my car was in safe hands and the workmanship was top notch.
When I collected my car it looked like it had just come out the showroom. It was literally gleaming.
Whilst I hope to never need to have my car repaired again should anyone else decide to crash into me I would not hesitate to go back to fix auto Worsley.

I collected my car from Fix Auto today and I have to say that the work is faultless. It looks as good as new and no sign of the accident damage at all. My car was sent here for a repair from my car insurance following a road traffic accident. Great repair service, my car looks brand new again! Could do with a bit more communication regarding repair timelines, but overall a great service

I was told that the car would take no longer than a week. It took over 3 weeks with no contact made by the garage re the delay. I contacted the garage on 5 occasions and left a message, no return call at all. I then rang the parts dept who managed to get someone to call me back. Was never given an explanation of what additional work had been done to date

During the 4/5 weeks my car was with you I left over 25 messages for someone be to call me ! I must have phoned you 40 times and each time it went to answer machine I was beginning to think maybe you don’t exist at all and car is gone ?
Now I have my car back it’s not look right at all there is a big gap on the door and it’s obvious it’s not right . Need to be taken back again

I have a lease car from Arval which needed a body repair. Due to work commitments I was that awkward customer. Debbie on reception was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I had to call 5 times in about 2 weeks with work plans keep changing. Every time Debbie was more than happy to help and arrange a suitable time to drop the car off. Thank you so much.

Took months for the works to complete. Can never get through when I called and despite leaving name and number nobody returned my call. The boot still not closing properly its sticking.
