Great pre repair communication and lovely reception staff. Poor after sales and no interest in resolving an issue with quality after the repair.

The staff were very helpful, kept me informed with a very long drawn out repair, because the parts were not available, they arranged with the insurance company that I could have my car back minus a small piece of trim. They will inform me when it has been delivered.
My car was delivered to me and the hire car taken back for me.

My only criticism is that a periodic brief update by message would have been welcomed. Other than that, a great service all round.

Fantastic service, van was collected and returned, which didn't interrupt my working day, repair was excellent and it was valeted, it returned looking brand new!
