Great repair
Great repair, Rob was incredibly attentive and helpful when collecting the car. The car is gleaming. Unfortunately there was a young girl who answered the phone a few times and it seemed she had no interest in being at work or helping those using their services in any way.

The service provided was very efficient and the courtesy car was clean and presentable when delivered.
The contact made with the garage by phone was always dealt with promptly and the repair was sorted and completed within the time suggested.

Customer service excellent. My car came back as a new car. Body work carried out was brilliant plus the valet, like a new car. Would highly recommend this garage.

So why not 5 stars?
The repair on my red pearlescent paint was excellent after I damaged it scraping it against a wall. So 5* for the repair. But the company loses a star because when I tried to ring the customer number I rarely ever got an answer. The phone just rang and rang. This happened several times. I got a phone call on the Wednesday morning to say it was being returned the following day (Thursday). Nothing happened. I rang Thursday afternoon but got no answer (as usual). I looked on the insurance company hub and that told me it would be delivered on Friday. Which it wasnt. I checked the hub again and it said it was delayed until Monday, when the car was actually brought back.
So.....excellent repair but customer experience could have been better, although they were polite when I did speak to them. The man who I spoke to over the phone to pay the excess, was positively chirpy!

I only gave 1 star because it took nearly 3 weeks for my car to get collected by fix auto to be repaired and I had to pay out of my own pocket to rent a car to use
