Highly impressed with the little time it took to fix my car. Was happy to pick up my car. Mentioned a noise whilst accelerating on top of the insurance issue I had and this was also fixed. Great costumer services overall.

I was unfortunate enough to have an accident with a dear 🙄 and Fix Auto Braintree were charged with fixing my car. The staff in the office were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The car they loaned was nearly new and very clean, I was also very impressed as the car arrived very quickly. They kept in contact with me and I’m very thankful. Would recommend this company.

What a pleasant change this business is, polite staff, all of them, professional communications and plenty of them. A refreshing pleasure to deal with them and need I say the quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent, which when combined with a prompt and timely service puts them way ahead of most. Even as far as arranging to return the repaired car when we could not collect with a polite and charming delivery driver. Well done.

What a lovely firm to deal with, from the repairmen, to Megan who liaised with us throughout,even to the delivery driver Ian who returned our car.

No corners are cut with this firm, which is really good to see in this day and age. Our timing expectations were met, and we were advised at most stages of our repair.

first time using Fix Auto, staff were really lovely leading up to the day of taking my car in, keeping me informed and organising a hire car through enterprise as there was an issue with the courtesy car. on the day of dropping off the car all the staff we're helpful & up to the day of collection. no complaints at all, car came back to me clean & tidy, all the repairs completed to a high standard.
No complaints at all, and if (fingers crossed not) i ever need body work done again i would 100% return here!

Excellent service. Car collected on time the morning it was booked for collection, was called to advise the approximate time of collection and the driver arrived on time, excellent service, following collection was contacted with approximate completion date and was pleased to receive a call 2 days prior to estimated time of completion of the repair work advising the car was ready. Again delivery time was agreed and the driver arrived within that time give or take a few minutes, extremely pleased with the standard of the work and condition of vehicle upon receiving it back. All round the service was exceptional from all the members of staff who I had spoken to and the whole process was hassle free and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone interested in having bodywork done from minor damage to more complex work.many thanks for the service that not only met my expectations but exceeded them in the process being more than punctual and the repair being completed to a standard that left my vehicle back in the showroom condition it was in prior to being involved in being hit by a third party. I was told my car may be 2-3 weeks, but was competed in a week.
Valeted inside and out back to having new leather smell in a 5 year old car.

They delivered a loan car and collected mine. The repair was done quicker than I expected and then they returned my car and collected the loan car.

Had cad repaired to an excellent standard as if it hadn't been in an accident, didn't take long to get my car back was picked up and dropped off and had amazing customer service from them, with communication and timing.
Over all brilliant body shop 100% would recommend!!!
