Is Jennifer Bueno she always goes out of her way to help me and I always tell her you always here and another customer said you are forgetting the main one Jennifer and not one of them called her over .. that was so rude and very unprofessional.
I’m extremely disappointed with the workers
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Nowhere does it mention that trying on shirts is not allowed, and if you needed to address the issue with us, it’s important to do so with respect. I can’t believe I was treated this way as a customer. It's concerning that you're speaking to customers in such a manner and I am sure I am not the only person who has experienced this. I hope you are able to reflect on your behavior. Trying on a shirt is never that serious for you to begin raising your voice at a mother in a store with her 3 kids. Get a life!! You look 38 working at 5 and below. Arguing with a customer isn’t going to get you that promotion 💀🤣
A very unsatisfying visit
I am very unsatisfied with my visit to Five Below when I am usually a happy customer of this specific one. I ordered a pickup for the first time, a 7-dollar speaker, and to my surprise, the website rang me up without sending me a confirmation email even though I put an email and phone number in. I thought it would be ok because I had proof of purchase and my physical ID on hand, I waited a day to pick up my item as it said it would be next day pickup. The next morning I called up to the store to see if my pickup was ready and I was told that it was after giving my first and last name. Later in the day, I decided to pick it up, and when I came in I saw my package with my name on it as the first package in the package holder. So I went up to the cashier to get helped. I told the manager helping me that I had a pickup and didn't have a confirmation because the website didn't send me one. After getting told back to back that it's company policy to need a confirmation email before being able to pick up, I had to resort to spending extra money on the same product I had already purchased online. I had my physical ID, proof of purchase, and my phone numbers and emails that I put in when I first purchased it but none of the many reliable information methods was accepted, which doesnt make sense because an email, which anyone could access, is better than physical proof apparently. The workers were ok but not helpful to the situation at hand. I realize it is a company policy that they are reinforcing but nothing was done to help me the customer leave happy. I don't know if it's a flaw in the website or something else but its an issue that should be fixed so no one else has to go through this terrible unnecessary experience.

I bought a dog bed
I bought a dog bed, but left it in the store, the manager did not want to help me, pretended like they looked through the store. I had to repurchase the same dog bed, probably won’t ever shop there again. I DO NOT recommend.
I’ve worked for five below managers
I’ve worked for five below managers. Do not know how to handle anybody that is autistic or has mental health. They’re controlling abusive and the managers go on power trips from hell on people and get away with it. I still have nightmares and flashbacks of all the abuse I went through dealing with them And apparently they don’t know how to run a company, especially CEO because they’re not understanding that some of these older managers need to go because they can’t handle their job. The only job that the manager seem to know how to do is being neglectful and power trip.

As soon as I came in Pedro greeted me and told me my gas tank lid was open. He didn't have to take the time to notice or to let me know but he's such a nice guy he did. He continued to offer excellent customer service within the store. The store was well maintained, great product availability and variety. I would have given it a five star but the cashier ruined it.

The store #00671 in Clemson SC is always well-stocked and clean with appealing displays. The best part is excellent management and friendly service. I shop there for a local charity, buying large amounts of merchandise. The staff treats every customer with the same friendliness and courtesy regardless of size of purchase. Manager Samantha made my visit pleasant and streamlined by feeding me empty carts as she rolled my filled carts to the register. She opened a separate checkout line to handle my large order so other customers were not inconvenienced into having to wait for me to checkout. She seamlessly directed other staff to handle other registers and other tasks so that the flow of checkout and customer help kept going smoothly. Then she had Gracie and Matthew help me load my car with my $3500 order, which they did with a willing fun-filled spirit. It was a totally pleasant buying experience - and always is…consistently. I choose this Five Below because of excellent management, friendly service, and extraordinary help. I love this store for reasonably-priced, nicely-packaged, quality gifts for teens.
Five below stole my money
I work at a daycare and every year at the holidays Christmas especially we buy gifts for our kids. So this is my second time ordering from five below. In the summertime we did backpack giveaway back to school and we ordered three cases of backpacks, but they were shipped directly to the house, this time I saw on their website they had neon skateboards and we thought they would be so cute for the kids so for our kids, we ordered 18 skateboards. When I arrived to the store to pick them up the cashier at the register went in the locker and pulled up one skateboard, but I showed her my email and told her I had more than one skateboard. At that moment, she told me she was new and she really didn’t know where in the system look so she called her manager, and her manager told her to go to the floor and collect the rest of them the cashier then went and got a cart to go to the floor to get the other skateboards and the manager like she was taking too long so she went to assist her, the cashier did not return the and she shows me a message that she says came up in her system and told her to return the item back to the shelf. She told me that I would receive something in my email but I did not, she told me that I should receive A refund but I did not. Instead, we got charged twice for something that was already paid for we did not get the item because she said she was to return it. Double charged our card when I reached out to customer service they were awful and very unhelpful. Emailing with customer service for a whole week to still not get a refund, certain days they would block my emails and other days they would not respond. When my bank did a dispute, they blocked the dispute. I would not recommend five below to anyone yes I have the proof I have several photos, of emails and bank statements! Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer.
My visit to a five and below
I have been to at least 4 or 5 / five and below and the one in Wayne pa, store 165 was the the most organized and cleanest store that i have been to. I have been to that store numerous times and it is consistently the same. The staff is friendly and i think that is due to the manager Tommy Fripps. he runs a nice store.

Do not recommend to work there and I will never step foot in the Five Below in Cedar Rapids, Ia again. My 16 yr old daughter has a learning disability, ADD and anxiety. Tonight was her 2nd night on the job and there was a different manager there tonight that wasn't so nice and yelled at my daughter, saying she was on her phone when she wasn't and threaten to take it. My daughter told me she pulled her phone slightly out to check the time when there was no customers, which caused my daughter's anxiety to kick in as well as a panic attack. My daughter said she was asking customers if they want their receipt which is common in every store I ever have gone in and that manager yelled at her and told her just to give them their receipt which put my daughter into tears. Then my daughter was ordered to go in the bathroom since crying didn't look good in front of customers. This manager, which I don't even think is a manager is big with pink hair. I feel like this person was looking for someone to bully and my daughter being the new person on the job and being a kid so thought she could push her around. So my daughter called me to come and get her then I went in to try to reason with this manager but the manager was unreasonable so I pulled my daughter out of there and told them she don't need that job. Very unprofessional. What my daughter said they pat down the employees before they go home to make sure they aren't stealing which is way to the extreme and I don't think it's legal for them to pat anyone down nor put their hands on someone. I don't recommend anyone to work there.
