My husband, Ashley has been “doing” this course for over 4 months now. He has had 1 face to face with his tutor and 2 online chats.
My husband chased and asked for help a large number of times, received an extremely slow reply days, sometimes weeks later.

My husband has a very kind heart and doesn’t like complaining or getting anybody “in trouble”. But after spending a lot of money on this course and receiving very very little tutoring. I convinced him to contact the management team. He explained the situation, told them he he has lost all motivation now that it has taken so long (should have had his level 2 and be doing his 3 now- he is nowhere close to getting his level 2) He asked for a refund. Management apologised for the lack of support. Told him they would investigate further, offered him a new tutor. But my husband, and I don’t blame him, has had enough. So asked for a possible refund, even if it wasn’t all his money he wanted something back considering he hadn’t received anything from doing this course.
Weeks later, after even more emails from my husband (maybe coming up to 3 weeks) still no answers to whether or not he will get a refund.
It’s really upsetting as he was really motivated to begin with.

Great support and assistance from Tracey and the team at Fit UK. Constant help throughout when needed and a flexible approach to all the required elements.
Tracey has been there are the drop of a hat and was really approachable. She put me at ease for the assessments and I really enjoyed the process.

It’s been a pleasure to work with FIT UK training. Jane was my tutor and helped me complete my Level 3 TA. Throughout the course I found it extremely challenging as unfortunately I was dealing with grief; without Jane’s guidance, support and flexibility, with me having a baby i wouldn’t have been able to complete the qualification! The help that I received was second to none! I couldn’t thank Jane and the company enough.

From the beginning of my apprenticeship the help I was given was nothing far from outstanding!

James to be said is Jane from the FIT UK team, I cannot explain it enough. The help she had given me is the sole reason I got the grade I did. From every barrier I came across Jane was there in full support and gave brilliant solutions to not only understand it but correctly implement it into other pieces of work.

Honestly cannot thank everyone I worked with enough !!

I’ve completed my level 2 gym instructor course with FitUK with Tracey being my mentor.
Tracey has been fab with support, giving direction, accessibility and encouragement.

Amazing company. They have helped me achieve my gym instructing qualification and soon to be swim teaching qualification.
Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I did the community activator coach apprenticeship with Fit UK education programme and had a great provider called Mike, highly recommend because I got great support from Mike and looking to progress with the level four in the future.

I started my level 2 training in May and passed the assessment in June. I then proceeded to level 3 and got qualified in July. Many thanks to Melanie for her guidance throughout the course and FitUK’s learning materials and support for the coursework and assessments.

I completed my Level 2 Fitness instructing, Level 3 Personal training and Level 3 Sports massage courses all with FitUK. They were great in delivering the courses and always so supportive. Both of my tutors for the courses (Becky & Mel) were amazing to work with and helped me through them every step of the way! They were always there whenever you needed that extra support and I couldn’t have asked for better tutors to get me through! I would recommend FitUk very highly to anyone looking to enter the industry!

I received excellent service from this company to access a level 3 training course, delivered excellently by Alison. Everything has been well organised and explained each step of the way making it easy to sign up and get rt on well with learning.

I started my level 3 children care course around 18 months ago. The course was very informative and enjoyable. The tutors are very helpful with any questions and queries that I had, and very easy to contact. Very happy that I complete my apprenticeship using FIT UK Training and Education Ltd.
