Order accepted quickly, posted out quickly and received within 2 days of the the order. I have ordered from them before. Again good service. Can't fault them on the service or products

Ordered a strap and never received it. I contacted the listed support email but received no response. The business address provided on the website does not exist. After further checking the Wayback Archive, I found details linking the site and available on Companies House.

Avoid - Zero customer service
I ordered straps in June, and received the wrong colour. I emailed the company and returned the straps, asking for a replacement, and sent several follow-ups. No response, contrary to the promise to reply within 24 hours, and it's now October...
No telephone number, presumably because they have no customer service

Strap broke after 2 weeks
Strap broke after 2 weeks. . Contacted FitStraps twice, but no response.
Don't take the risk of using this outfit
FitstrapsUK have taken my money, not supplied the goods; not responded to emails, and not responded to a claim for repayment in the County Court. The County Court has now issued a judgment in my favour and has ordered FitstrapsUK to repay the cost of the goods plus the £35 court fee. Is it worth the hassle? - my guess is that FitstrapsUK rely on people giving up.
Do not order from this company
I placed an order on 15 July, my payment was taken, I received confirmation of the order. Two weeks later and still not received what I ordered. I sent an email asking them to investigate, despite the website stating emails will be replied to within 24 hours, I got no reply. I did a search on google maps for the company address, it doesn’t seem to exist. I’ll contact my bank to see if they can get my money back for me
AVOID - complete scam
Strap arrived was hard and cheap and nasty - looking nothing like original Fitbit straps. It broke after I’d used it twice. Contacted them to let them know numerous times but no reply at all. Advise if you paid by PayPal to try and get a refund that way. PayPal also has the email address of agartland at Hotmail.co.uk not that I have had any reply. AVOID.
No delivery and no response after a month

Chased merchant several times via email (their only listed contact option) but no response within a month (despite claiming 24 hour response time). However they did manage to send me tons of marketing emails that simply served to wind me up given their lack of response! Arranged chargeback via credit card company. Total waste of time/effort. Suggest you shop elsewhere.

I had delivered a strap that was the wrong colour and for the wrong watch so tried to organise for it to be swopped over.
4 emails with no response.
Ended up sending it back as it was useless to me and after a proof of delivery photo still awaiting refund and still no response.
Wish I had read the reviews first…Cheap quality strap
Wish I had read the reviews first before placing a repeat order. Assumed the quality would be as good as previous orders. Within 4 hours of fitting the strap it completely snapped and fell off my wrist. I have now sent 3 emails and not had a reply to any of them..
Very much doubt I will hear back from them.
Will not be using them ever again.
Customer Service non existent
Ordered two black straps for a Garmin 5s. Supplied with two turquoise ones. Am now on third e-mail to them regarding correct supply as I ordered. Zero response from them. Customer service is disgraceful. Web site claims response to e-mail in 24hrs. Rubbish.

Faulty strap. I’m being ignored
Brought 2 straps. Both lovely but one was clearly faulty before package was even opened. No response from the company re a replacement or refund. I’ve emailed, FB messengered them and on Instagram. Nothing. No response. Would not recommend purely for their customer service after sales responses which is non existent.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Ordered two straps, received one. The company has completely ignored my multiple emails about it, not sent the item or given a refund. Complete joke. I'm so angry they have just stolen £28 from me.

The strap didn’t fit my watch and I emailed the company several times but never got a response.
I Hopeless service!
I ordered a strap for my Garmin Instinct 2. 6 days later I received a strap for a Garmin Fenix! The package has a large label saying Fenix. I have complained but the response to customer service is as poor as their ability to properly fulfil orders as I still await any kind of response. Meanwhile I get offers to buy multiple straps at a discount (presumably if you buy enough one might fit?) and self adoration messages where the owner proudly proclaims his achievement in establishing his wonderful business. I don't think so!
