Great advice, as ever!
We were purchasing an all in one trainer for a home gym but were unsure of what we wanted. Erin was fantastic, she was really helpful and friendly, she understood my needs and was able to offer options and a tailored package to suit, something that the website certainly couldn't do.
Given how bespoke the order was to suit us, as we are private buyers had never kitted out our own gym, this was a considerable purchase and one we needed to get right, so having Erin to speak with made the whole experience less daunting, easier to navigate and even fun.

Fitshop was the cheapest place I found for the wahoo kick'r core, by £50 over most places.

No issues with guidance and purchase from FitShop with my products.
Before I ordered online, I had several products in the basket but was still researching some information on 'Battle Rope' lengths; kindly received correspondence from Kane in the Edinburgh store who was extremeley helpful.
Had a few purchases with FitShop and have dealt with several stores in the past; the customer service has been unequivocally good, the front of shop teams know what they are talking about and when it comes to making purchases, this makes a difference.
Delivery service has always been on-point and the pricing structure is pretty fair in the current financial climate where everything is expensive.
Well worth shopping around for the sale deals.

Spoke with Dorian at Fitshop Aberdeen I was going to buy a Taurus Ms 40 folding machine but after going through measurements it was just to big to fit area, so went down the Speediance Gymaster 2 to save space Dorian kept in touch and I sent through an offer that was too good to resist
