Ordered a North Face jacket for our four year old, was too small. Communication from Jordan was both prompt and polite. Larger size was delivered quickly after returning smaller coat. Excellent.

1st class customer service
Still waiting for it to be delivered so can't tell you what I think of the item been 8 days now.
Even though I haven't received the item the communication from fit&fly has been first rate probably the best I've experienced and it was probably harsh of me to put one star when the delivery isn't their fault. Change to 3 at present hope to give a 5 if and when the goods arrive.goods arrived and worth the wait really pleased with them. I will definitely keep a look out to see what else this site has to offer.
