Went well
I ordered to Germany.
There was some kind of error on the website when my order was done, but it was paid and saved correctly and I have received all the necessary emails for order confirmation.
That's why I contacted the customer service 1 day later via WhatsApp.
It took three days before they answered via WhatsApp call. I was informed that there wasn't enough stock for one of the products, so they would return the price for that product and send the rest.
On the same day I received an email with the tracking code.
The refund was done correctly, and I have received the remaining products a few days later.
Despite the reaction time of a few days overall good experience.
Products:
Expiration date in mid 2027. Everything fine so far.
