The whole episode went well from start to finish, from when I first called to the end delivery to my house on return from my Tour as Tour Manager. Great service with constant advice and updates.

Great service. We got our luggage delivered home within 3 days, we had regular updates and were able to track it very easily.
The only thing I found challenging was to get help when having difficulties filling in the initial online form. It was impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. We left a message as per automated message but no one phoned us back. We also submitted an online form requesting help, we got a reply the following day. Luckily we managed to solve the problem ourselves.

Quick and efficient

I was really nervous about shipping my bag. The service was impeccable. I could coordinate easily via email. The pick up was early and helpful. My bag arrived at the destination after a day in great condition. Impressed all around. Doing this again in the future!

Quite good they said the suitcase would arrive back in the UK on the Friday but it arrived on the Thursday so very pleased.

Well the luggage was picked up when you said it would be and delivered the day you said it would be! That’s worth 5 stars. But the draw back was your form, we called 3 times to be told each time you would call back.noone did. Eventually by going onto your email someone came to the rescue after hours of trying to work things out

I will never use this company again, chaotic ill trained very expensive. They did'nt, collect my luggage on the day they should have so I had to pay $50 to the port agent to hold the luggage over because they refused to reimburse the agent. DHL who did all the shipping would have been better without the intervention of First luggage who contributed nothing...I thought they were just scammers
