one of their insureds ran a red light and totaled our car and received a ticket. We turned a claim in with them the same day and didn't hear a word from them for several weeks. When we did finally talk to them they said they were sending out an adjuster. Next thing we know we receive a letter that they denied to claim because their insured wasn't responding. Wait, What, they have proof from the police report as to what happened and that their insured received the ticket. By the time we received said letter the bill so the storage lot was over 5k. I am still confused as to how they got out of paying for something caused by their insured. This place is a complete scam and should be closed down. Like my insurance company said, it we could deny because the other party didn't respond we could save a ton of money.

Claims took forever, reps were rude and passed me between departments, and I still don’t have a resolution after weeks. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They also have unsafe drivers. All claims will be denied even if there drivers are at fault. 0 stars for communication and speed. Not recommended. #insurancefail ZERO stars! The worst in the nation.

I was rear ended by a minivan and my entire bumper fell off and my trunk won't close. This happened on 9/5. It's now 10/20 and I still don't have an update. I cannot drive my car or leave my condo. I work in office 5 days a week and have not been able to for 6 weeks. This is outrageous. I need help! This isn't even my insurance company.

Everyone needs to team up and report them to the Insurance Complaint Department and get this POS / Scam Company STUT DOWN ASAP!!! They will take your money to insure you, because no one else will, but to file a claim or get a hold of anyone is like pulling teeth! If I could give a 0 stars I would in a heart beat! I was hit by one of their policy holders running red light on May 13th 2025.. I have been dealing with my injury claim adjuster for 3month and between 300plus emails back and forth there is no solutions. When I finally thought it was OVER the check they sent me had the WRONG NAME!!!!

Pieces of garbage
Some young girl, who had first Chicago insurance, drove right into the side of me. She was cited for the crash. It took almost 2 weeks for her insurance company to get a hold of me after leaving numerous messages. She did have a valid insurance policy through that company. They informed me that they were denying my claim because at the time of the crash she did not have a valid drivers license. Now I have to do it through my insurance. They are complete pieces of garbage! I hope my insurance company goes after them. I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shutdown. These people need to be arrested for insurance fraud

On this past Tuesday I was to go to one of there accident claim center to get my estimate and I forgot the address and I had to call Regina the claims clerk and I asked her for the address and she provided me the address of 668 northwest highway and she never supplied me with the town and it didn’t come up when I googled it and when we were on the phone with the body shop she said to me that she could see the shop as clear as mud and yes I used certain language towards her after what she said to me and then she calls my attorney and tells him that I just started cussing her out. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Basically a repeat of the poor reviews below. No one answers texts, calls or emails. Over a month and nothing has been done. I’ve attempted so many times at contacting along with the body shop. I did my own towing and storage for a while and now they’re trying to claim the rest is on me because it’s over their coverage. However, it’s only there because they don’t move forward with anything! I would absolutely not recommend to anyone if you can help it.

This company is a complete waste of time and money. I’ve never encountered anything like it before. They sell their services to everyone with big promises, especially regarding insurance. However, they seem to do everything possible to avoid covering anything when something actually happens. It feels more like a scam than a legitimate company or service.

They have the most Insurance complaints in Illinois. You still need to report them to the Illinois insurance commission.
But also call and write to the Federal Insurance Office of the department of Treasury. I contacted them, NAIC, Attorney General, IL governor, illinois insurance commissioner, Just reported them to the FTC for bogus and fake reviews on their website. Go to your local newspaper and get media coverage, or make a youtube video.
If you are injured I have spoken to lawyers who will take the case for free. Try 1 man shops or small boutique firms. They don't have as many clients and will be eager for the business.
I have gotten 2 checks so far, I am still going to battle them and sue until I get my 3rd check.
Their best excuse or line to get you to give up or wait months. We haven't been able to get a hold of the insured driver. It is a lie. You need to get their contact info from the police report and call or text the person.
Also if they don't affirm or deny your claim within 60 days, email them on day 62 and ask for a written statement for the delay, like I did. They than asked me for a copy of the police report. Which proves they didn't investigate within the 21 days as required.
