Our experiences have been wonderful. The drivers have been pleasant and safe. The reason for the 4 stars relates to the lack of communication when the drivers are running late. No one calls to inform us of this issue.

The bus never showed up. I called all contact numbers the day of the trip …. No one answered…. Was stuck with 25 people and no transportation…. My wife’s 50th birthday was ruined to say the least…. Plus lost money on winery reservations. Also was charged for the trip which I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Still trying to reach company no one answering.

Arrived on time and took us to all our locations that we needed. Stayed on schedule. Would use again.

We had an excellent experience with First Charter Bus rental. Our driver was great!

Not enough seats on the bus. My passenger count was 216. When the four buses arrived, instead of being 55-seat buses, they only had 48. We had to transport students in a van to prom. Also, our drivers were not aware they had to stay until the end of the prom and our chaperones thankfully informed them to stay. We will not be using First Student in the future.

Driver was professional, courteous, and engaging. During booking staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Price was right compared to other quotes

First Charter provided three shuttles for our wedding, between Peabody and Ipswich, MA. They were great to work with and provided seamless transportation for our guests to and from the venue, for a reasonable price. The buses were clean, drivers were friendly, and we even got air conditioning (which is not always available but they found them for us). Thank you First Charter!

The bus driver was amazing. He arrived on time and was so kind! The bus driver picked us up efficiently at the entrance to Lincoln Financial Field when the trip was finished. The bus trip went so smoothly.

Driver was excellent

The bus driver was on time to both places, and the bus was clean as well! The booking process was simple! I would book first charter again!

A little glitch on pick-up, but otherwise a very nice ride.

The buses arrived 20 min late. Also, the buses did not have the appropriate safety harness that we were told they would have.

Ms. White the driver was wonderful. The bus was clean and quiet. She was right on schedule and the field trip we took was a success! Working with your company was easy from start to finish!

The bus service was fine. We just had to call the bus because it was running behind from the time we requested in the morning, and it was difficult to get in touch with the bus driver through dispatch when our field trip got rained out. Overall, it was a good experience though.

We had a great time. Sicily, our driver was great too. And to top it all off, the Cardinals gave us a winner.
