Our trip was great! We had 20 middle-aged people get together for a themed bar crawl and our driver was prompt, kind, and went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of and having fun. We are already thinking of the next time we could do something like this again! Highly recommend!

So I booked First Charter somewhat last minute and the experience was great. The online "scheduler" wasn't great, but when I talked with a person on the phone she set up the trip exactly as I was hoping with no issues, answered all my questions, and in general was very helpful.

Day of, the bus driver was great, handled the driving incredibly well and we got to all our locations on time and it made for an absolutely great day.

We had a great experience with First Charter! Cam our driver was prompt and personable. We chartered a bus from our hotel to PPG arena for Pens game. The door to door service was top notch! No dealing with parking and Cam knew the area and was able to get out of post game traffic and back to the hotel in no time!

I called and left a message to book but my call was not returned until one week prior to the event. The lady on the phone was not very helpful when i asked questions, and got snappy, which wasnt very nice especially since I had never rented a bus before. Then she said she would send me a quote via email, called back 5 minutes later and told me I had to decide in the next 10 minutes before they closed or I would get an additional 100 charge for the rental because it was with in the week needed, a late booking charge she said. The booking process was not good at all. The bus driver was friendly, did a good job, and was on time for the several stops requested.
