Super easy to work with! The busses got people to and from our wedding on time and everything was really smooth! Would absolutely recommend, especially the Sudbury MA branch!

Our bus driver was amazing! The service he offered was wonderful and he was very considerate, asking if we'd like the heat on or off. He was also very accommodating with our schedule and went out of his way to make a U-turn so we wouldn't have to cross the road.

The buses were perfect for our wedding transportation. Due to location/timing of our wedding we really wanted our guests to have an easy, reliable, and safe ride. Communicative, Reliable, and on-time!

We rented two buses for our daughter's wedding. The staff during the reservation process was extremely helpful as we had many guests that needed to be transported. The two bus drivers were very helpful and friendly as well!

Was such fun, convenient ride. The driver was incredibly communicative and patient.

I booked a bus for the department's party, which had to transport 42 people to the residence. It all went smoothly. The booking process had some hiccups as it was hard to get on hold for someone initially, but everything all worked out in the end. I would use them again.

They showed up exactly as planned and called to be sure it was ok to leave. Great price great service

Convenient and easy!

Great job despite multiple wedding parties being held at the same hotel and short window between check-in / departure for ceremony...plus complications for weather.

Everything went so smoothly with our shuttle bus to and from our wedding venue. The price was very fair, and it was easy to book. As it got closer to the date, I had a bit of trouble getting in touch with them; however, once I did reach someone by phone, they responded to me immediately.

First Student really has been our go to Bus Company of choice. They have been serving our Summer Camp Students for several years now and we have been completely amazed at their promptness and professional drivers and service. We used First Student Charter Bus to shuttle wedding guests from the hotel to the church and then venue for my daughters wedding. The driver was punctual and courteous and the schedule of shuttle times was kept to the minute. I would definitely recommend and use First Student Charter Bus Co in the future!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Our driver drove extremely fast on Mass Pike, alarming several passengers. Also, our driver had specific instructions on the location (Charles St. between the Boston Common and Gardens) to wait for our parade to conclude, which is where all transportation was waiting that day. We texted him 20 minutes before the parade concluded to let him know our status and did not receive a response.
We also called several times before he answered. During the call, he informed us that he was in Charlestown and that it would take 20 minutes to get to our location. It actually took 90 minutes for him to arrive and he arrived with a companion sitting in the front seat of the bus. We called several times during the 90 minute wait and he did not answer. Keep in mind, we had several seniors with us and small children. There was no where to sit, therefore we were all standing on the sidewalk. We will not use this bus rental going forward nor will we recommend it to anyone.

Our school went from Salem, NH to Salem, MA on April 19, and our bus driver was so nice to us! He also knew his way around downtown Salem so well! I was so thankful for his expertise!
