The buses have been on time; they are clean and working well. The drivers have been friendly and engage with the staff and children.

Our school Kennedy Heights Montessori Center likes that First Charter is able to service our transportation needs. The bad is that the driver's assigned to the field trips we've taken over the last few months have all gone to the wrong location to pick up the children with the correct address listed on the confirmation. They fortunately make it in time to get the children to their destination.

I received a text from one of our drivers when they arrived (early which was awesome). He was so friendly and receptive to anything we asked for. I was even able to communicate with the driver after the event to get numbers of passengers we had so we could evaluate the value for our money. This was a huge event and knowing we could count on our drivers for the shuttles and that we had clear lines of communication was key. We will absolutely continue to use this business and recommend to anyone.

Everything went well. The only thing is that the bus driver was a little late picking us up from the start. Also the bus driver was very strict. I understand their are safety precautions. It would be helpful if those rules were posted inside the bus. It took a little bit of the fun out of the experience. However we appreciate the bus driver’s concern for safety.

Things went well on the second day on our conference, but the first day was frankly terrible. All of the buses were significantly late, with one being 45 minutes late. it made for an awful experience for our staff, volunteers and students.

The drivers were very nice, but they didn't have appropriate directions (even though i was copied on the information given to them).

Rayvon was an excellent driver, kind and expedient. He did a great job, even when on our way back the bus began to have some mechanical difficulty.

The driver was not very friendly. I like the air-conditioned bus and she was on time which was appreciated, but when I asked to see her license (which I am required to do according to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services), she told me I was violating her privacy and didn't want to show me. I told her she could cover her address - all I needed to see was her name and the expiration date. She very rudely stuck it out for me to see and was visibly annoyed. When it was time to load for pick-up she complained about the size of the parking lot and huffed when I walked over to her to ask about where she wanted the kids to load. Overall, I thought she was rude and unpleasant and would not like her to be our driver on future trips.

Great experience! Jerome was flexible and helpful when our trip had to be extended due to delays in our concert plans. We’d definitely recommend and use them again!

The bus drivers were very well organized and kind to all of the girls and their dates. I felt very safe on the ride to our event and everything went as planned.

The drivers were on time-- early even! They were attentive to when we needed picked up, operated safely, and stayed together (it'snerve wracking for a coordinator who can't ride both buses at the same time to keep things moving!)
