The booking process was efficient. However, the dispatcher made a show-stopping mistake. I specifically requested seatbelts to be installed on buses to ensure the safety of our preschoolers. I confirmed this requirement twice to make sure the buses would have seatbelts installed.

On the day of our field trip, the two buses that arrived at our school did not have seatbelts. When I called the dispatcher, he admitted that he made a mistake and missed the seatbelts requirement. As a result, he had to resend two buses with seatbelts to our school.

We were scheduled to depart at 9:10 AM, but the buses with seatbelts did not arrive until 9:45 AM, causing a significant delay to our field trip. Parents and students were both disappointed in the situation. This situation was frustrating, especially since the safety requirement had been clearly communicated and confirmed multiple times. The seatbelt requirement was clearly listed in " Vehicle Specific Requirement" on the service contract. Because this requirement was not followed, we have lost confidence in booking with your company in the future should we require bus services again.

First Charter Bus rental needs to ensure that client requirements are properly reviewed and met in the future so that situations like this do not happen again.

We had 3 busses booked for that day. 2 showed up on time and the 3rd one was 45 minutes late. They were going to Milwaukee and took a very round about way to get there. The student missed an hour and a half of their zoo field trip because of this. On the way home they missed the exit putting the students back much later - some almost missing their bus home. We were told they couldn't use GPS which could have avoided the missed exit. I would think it is more dangerous to be trying to look at a paper map driving rather than having GPS tell you when to turn, etc.

We had a bus taking children from the synagogue to the venue for my son's bar mitzvah the bus arrived punctual and got the children to their destination on time thank you again for charter bus rental for an amazing experience

The bus was on time except the driver came in to use the bathroom right when we were set to board the bus so we were late leaving.

Our driver was very friendly and on time. She was kind to the children and drive us safely to our destination and back. The only complaint is that we had requested seatbelts and the bus only had them for a few seats. Otherwise, it was great!

This company nickeled and dimed me for everything. I changed a minor detail on the schedule five days in advanced and was charged $50 and on top of that I was charged another $50 because the woman I spoke with initially didn’t make note that I would be having beverages on the bus. So was charged $100 total for a minor change five days in advance and for an employees mistake. The bus driver was really nice and on time but had no clue where he was going, we had to tell him.
The bus did have ac and was very clean! But overall would not use this company again.

We rented 13 buses for a private event. The buses drivers showed up early, were well prepared with routes and friendly to our participants. It was a pleasure to work with First Student and we will use them again next year.

The experience leading up to our event (party bus for concert) was just okay. I had to call to get my payment receipt which was strange. Figured I would get that after payment. Also, our pickup was a Saturday so the office is closed, which is fine. But the 2 numbers on my invoice that I was supposed to call day of trip/after hours were useless. One # went straight to voicemail and the other was the office, which was closed. I wanted to confirm and speak to someone day of trip just to make sure they were coming, couldn't get in touch with anyone at all. Really not happy that the 2 numbers they said I could call were useless and I just had to hope there was actually a driver coming to get us. Thankfully the driver was friendly and let us just have fun. I would use the company again but only because it's very affordable. Lack of communication worried me.
