3 buses arrived on time to our sites. They were patient to wait for us as there was no space for luggage so we have to get another van. The price was very affordable. Company was kind enough to enroll in Net Vendor so that we can use this bus (because our diocese requires bus company to enroll in their system before the Church can use it).

We have been using First Student for some 10 years now, and trips have always been great, but this last trip with our youth group to the mountains was one of the best. The drivers were exceptional, even the kids noticed the difference.

Unfortunately your company dropped the ball and eventhough you cashed the check and send confirmation your buses (4) never showed up and 189 elementary students and faculty missed the play they had paid for and were looking to attend. As a result not only did the kids missed their show but also lost the money they had paid for tickets ($1890 total) plus the bus fee. Very disappointing!

Both drivers were more than 15 minutes late, which made all of us late for our scheduled campus tour. The tour guides had their own schedules to follow, so our tour was rushed.

We had a Music Event for Elementary schools. The bus drivers were kind and professional. Communication is on point. They knew what they were doing. Very kind to teachers and students. I am satisfied with their partnership.

It was easy to book, the driver showed up on time and was nice and friendly. Easy ride. The driver was waiting for us at scheduled time. All together it was a great experience.

I started the process to get a bus through the online quote function. A week passed and I did not hear back so I called. Was able to get ahold of someone and put in my request for a bus. The day of, the bus was not at the pick up location that I requested so I had to go look for the bus. I’m he driver themselves was polite and professional however. Not sure that I could recommend First Student honestly, but maybe that was just my experience.

Carmen was a great driver. Patient and kept us safe through the hectic LA traffic. First Charter was great. We had to pick up another school, which was pre-coordinated but forgot about extending the end time. They were able help accommodate.

The bus was super clean and seatbelt equipped. Our driver was helpful and exchanged numbers to ensure a perfect meetup time.

I called to request a quote and was later emailed a quote for my trip and told to confirm, I would need to call back to book. So I did- I called them, went through the entire booking process, gave them my payment information, and they said I was booked. About a month later, I called them to confirm that all the details for my trip were set to go and they said that they hadn't called the bus yards yet to get me a bus and would do so now. They told me to call back in 48 hours. When I called back, they said that bus yard had rejected it and they could call another one so to call them back in 48 hours. This happened 4-5 times, and each time they did not do the next step or contact me until I called them and asked them to get on it. They ended up not being able to find bus drivers for my trip and I had to scramble very last minute to find buses from another company.

Our driver was nice, got us to destination in a timely matter, and was very thoughtful.
