The driver was concern about our safety. She was careful and kind made sure we did not have to walk too far to get near the entrance.

Naomi was an absolutely amazing driver! She was great at communication with us and listening to what we needed and wanted. She drove very safely and got us to and from our destination in a very timely manner. Her and the other bus driver ensured we felt safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Ron did a great job getting us to and from the Michigan State/Michigan game. He showed up early to pick us up and was great throughout the day. Definitely will be doing this again for another event!

Our driver called the bride multiple times instead of contacting our contact number. Our driver did not follow the contract for taking multiple trips back to hotel after my wedding. Driver also was wondering around my venue when they should’ve been driving guest back to hotel. Overall not the best experience.

Our field trip for 6-24 was one of the most frustrating days I've had as a director, and I have been at my center for 20 years. I had a camp full of 1st-6th graders excited and ready for their field trip to the Detroit Science Center. I had booked the bus months a head of time, and received a confirmation few weeks prior to our trip. Our credit card was charged, and we were all set to go at 9:15. Except the bus did not show up. At 9:30 I called First Student and they confirmed that we had paid for this trip and it was all set, and told me to call the actual location servicing us, which was Oak Park. I called Oak Park and the woman dispatcher told me there were no trips scheduled that day, that I called the wrong location. She told me to call Southfield. I called southfield and it was not them either. Again, my confirmation had Oak Park listed as the location servicing us. I called Oak Park again, she told me to hold and that she would call First Student directly to see what is going on. After being on hold for 30 minutes I was hung up on, and when I called back over and over it went to voicemail because she wouldn't pick up. Mistakes happen, as a Director I know that fully, however, just hanging up and avoiding a customer who paid you for a service is unacceptable. The only response I should have gotten was a sincere apology and her trying to figure out how to get a bus out to us. Instead I was treated as though I was a bother when she is the one who accepted and confirmed our trip with First Student.

Never use Oak Park. After calling First Student AGAIN, The Southfield location stepped up and saved the day. We left 2 hours late, but we still got to go. A nice man named Orville came into work at the Southfield location to drive a bus for us, and he offered to stay as long as we needed since our day started so late. I have requested First Student to never have Oak Park be the location servicing our center as we have several more field trips lined up for the summer.

Our two buses that we ordered never showed up for our event. The number I received for our day of contract did not even work for the company. We tried to reach out to several different numbers but none of them picked up because it was a Saturday. Very disappointed and will be demanding a refund.

The bus arrived on time, and shortly after 7:08pm the battery in the bus died. The driver Fred called the office to get another bus for my tour. After, I encourage him to. When the replacement bus arrived, the driver decided not to take my group to our plan destination, but instead decided to take the 2nd driver back to the bus depot with myself and my passengers along for the ride. This was not apart of my event schedule, and the return trip for the 2nd driver delayed my event by an hour. The event had tho be canceled, due to the bus battery issue, and the driver not proceeding with the tour.
