The bus driver was early for our pick-up. He was also very friendly. The company was easy to work with and very accommodating with our all our changes.

The booking process was smooth and they were extremely helpful in adjusting our quote based on our changing needs. Being able to change things until right before the event was extremely nice. Everything went smoothly the day of, no complaints at all.

I had an evening event and forgotten to book four return busses. After an 8:30 pm call, they had four arranged by 9:00 pm. I feel very lucky we booked with First Charter!

Unfortunately our bus never showed up. We tried to call the number on the confirmation and had to leave a voicemail. No one ever called us back.

Event was confirmed for 10/28, 10:30am-7:00pm, and our credit card was charged 😞

Mr. Chris was early for picking us up despite traffic issues that day. He was very personable, professional and all around pleasant. Thank you so much for being part of our experience and helping to make it memorable.

Communication was lacking in the beginning, stressful to book ….. but our driver was prompt, and exceeded all of our expectations!!!! 10/10

Buses arrived early to depart for our morning location and arrived early again when we were to be picked up at the end of the day. Great service, great driving, no complaints! Everything went very smoothly.

All local contact numbers provided did not work. I was unable to get a final confirmation on the day of my wedding to confirm the buses would in fact arrive at the hotel for our guests.

Basically the local company used does not have functioning dispatch center or provided the correct contact info to the Chicago office.

It all worked out fine. But there should be a way to confirm with the local company for peace of mind.

I’ll also note that both bus drivers were amazing. So kind and accommodating to our guests.

The reservation process and day-of-service were outstanding and our driver Don was fantastic ! The only concern we had was that the two day-of-service phone numbers we were provided did not work. We called the first number and the person who answered said that they did not work for the bus company and the second number was disconnected.

Honestly, the service trying to book the charter and trying to confirm/ make changes is a nightmare.

The first bus was 7 minutes late for pick up which yes still late was not bad. However the second bus was 45 minutes late and because of that we had less time at our trip and one of the buses were absolutely disgusting with trash all on the floor and played inappropriate music in front of our children.

We had a great experience, driver showed up on time and was very accommodating. We appreciate his patience and kindness!

I rented the buses for my wedding and gave First Student a list of pick up and drop off times about a month beforehand. The drivers received a different list of times from First Student and refused to adjust. They also had one less pick up and drop off than we requested. We spent money ordering information sheets for our wedding guests with the shuttle times we requested, and it was all for nothing.
