We had a great driver. She was on time and very friendly. She had very good customer service skills. When we use your company again, we would like to have her as a driver. Great service.

The experience overall was very good although The bus was about 7 mins late and we had a wedding to Go to. The After hours service was an answering service for a few different companies so they aren’t helpful to resolve an issue. We had a good driver who made up the tome for us while keeping us safe.

The bus was on time, clean, and with a friendly driver. They waited for us at the field trip and were ready to go as soon as we were. They made transportation a breeze! Would highly recommend this bus service and will make sure that our program signs up with them next season.

Bus showed up without some of our requested accommodations. No one called to inform us that the accommodations (5 - Point Harnesses) could not be fulfilled. We found out the day of.

The bus was late causing the students to be late for their field trip. They ended up missing part of the trip because of this. The trip was very hard to schedule because of COVID restrictions and this did not help.

Our bus driver was amazing. She did a great job at getting us to and from our location. She was friendly to me, my staff, and the students!

Bobby (our bus driver) was early and so very kind. He's a great driver and very accommodating. We felt safe and welcome on the bus.

We used First Charter Bus Rental for our wedding. They were very easy to book and showed up right on time. The only issue was that one of our guests had to give the bus driver directions to one of the hotels from the venue, which they should have already been at that night. The experience was what we expected.

Our driver was very courteous and was willing to go the extra mile. We will definitely use you again.

Our driver was amazing and so very patient with our corporate group of 34. We had a multi-stop trip planned around the KC Metro area with everything timed closely together - we made it everywhere we needed to go on time and were able to stay on schedule and our driver just made it all the better. (His name is Robert Kasmerchek if you are able to request him! I know we will next year for our annual meeting)

The bus driver was on time and really good. Can’t say enough great things about him. The only reason I didn’t give the overall experience 5 stars, is because the bus was definitely an older school bus and therefore a little bit of a tougher ride.

All in all a great experience for all of us and our kids.

Bus arrived on time, trip was seamless, and our bus driver was kind! Thank you, First Student.

Although the driver was a couple of minutes late, she did an excellent job of getting us where we needed to go and also of making sure we all stayed safe. I loved having her be our bus driver!

We had to cancel our event because of severe weather and First Student was impossible to reach and did not get back to me to confirm the cancellation. It would have been much easier to let them complete the trip in the middle of the snow storm to find no one there to pick up. It's been over a week and still haven't heard back. They also do not email receipts automatically so you have to call them every time. We are repeat customers and these are frequent issues.

Don't so good this time around. The bus did not smell good or look clean for that matter. The bus was also a little late and when I tried to call the number that First Student gave me to call that is listed on our contract for that particular day it was no longer in service. So if something had gone to terrible wrong I would have had no way of contacting anyone about the services that we bought.

The driver was on time, and professional and provided adequate service. Thanks
