Sheryl was amazing! Our event was for kids with autism. Many of theses kids are transitioning to school soon, but haven’t been on a school bus. Transitions are hard and the more we can do to let them see parts of a new experience up close and in person the easier that transition is. Many of our kids won’t ever ride a school bus… but they are so cool! The chance to sit on one and meet a bus driver is an experience neurotypical kids get every day, for some of our kids this will be the only chance they get to “ride” a school bus. Sheryl was kind and inviting to our kiddos. Many parents commented on just how special the bus was at the event. The school bus holds core memories for many of us, well into adulthood. We appreciate you sending not just your bus but staff that really exhibit how important our school bus drivers are.

Used First charter for my wedding. Booking was easy and the price was affordable. I had minimal communication with the company in the months before booking and the driver showed up promptly and was very professional. Would definitely recommend to brides on a budget, or for any event!

The experience was horrible. We rented 2 buses to transport students to an amusement park in mid July. 20 min into the trip we were advised that 1 of the 2 buses had no air conditioning…there was a heat advisory the day of our trip (94 degrees outside). The following business day after our return I called and emailed to address the issue and as of today July 30th, I have yet to hear back from anyone. So disappointed

Busses were on time, drivers were polite and helpful, drivers were responsive to contact during the event. Busses were clean and safe.

From the start, it was really challenging to get a day of contact. Getting ahold of anyone at first charter was so hard. Once we were at the day of the event, because we could not get a contact to support knowledge of the venue and pickup, the driver needed the guests at our wedding to show them where to go. The driver called one of the best men two times because he was lost. If first charter would have given us a contact number or an email prior, we could have made sure they knew where to go but they refused. Once on the bus, the driver asked us where to go, we had to provide directions, and drove 35 MPH on the interstate which was dangerous to everyone on board. For the price, I would hope the driver knew where they were going.

The buses were 45 minutes late to pick up the everyone. We were dealing with some interesting weather, but I had no way to get ahold of the bus drivers and they didn’t communicate the delay either. It was frustrating not knowing if the buses would even show up at all. We want to be loyal customers as we have worked with this company several times, but this was an incredibly stressful experience.

The driver was nice but he took a really long out of the way time to get us back to our destination. The bus was nice. I wasn’t expecting air conditioning so that was a plus. What should have been a short 45 minutes to get back took us over an hour and a half.

We had a great experience! Our bus driver was so nice and everyone made it safely to and from our venue and hotel!

They were here on time and provided a quick shuttle. The driver was amazing and was responsive to when we needed to be placed. Overall a wonderful experience!
