I had great communication with the office. The bus driver, not so much. The bus driver seemed irritated most of the time. Many of the volunteers on the trip mentioned how the driver seemed angry with basic questions. This was a paid service but it felt like our school was an inconvenience.

First Charter Service was exceptional! From the initial discussion to the final departure, they were professional, efficient, on time, and great to work with!

I had a terrible driver for trips with elementary kids held on 8/1 and 8/2. The driver was over the top about safety to a point that it felt unsafe. He was critical of the kids in my group who were overall very well behaved. He forced them to sit forward and not interact with their friends across the aisle. It was not okay for a kid to have a centimeter of their shoe touching any part of the aisle. It was not okay for a kid to hand something to another kid across the aisle, even if it was done quietly from a seated position. It was not okay for a kid to look at another kid sitting in front of them or behind them. The driver spent more time noticing which kid was breaking his rules to the slightest degree and telling me to tell my kids to stop. On more than one occasion, he threatened to stop the bus and tell us how to ride the bus. He arrived at 8:15am/8:20am each morning instead of 8:00am. When he arrived, he didn't opt to eat his snacks then, he ate while he drove. I would never ride a bus with him as the driver again. I would like to request a driver for future dates. I've had better luck with First Charter in the past.

The drivers were amazing! They were on time, communicative, and friendly! They easily understood the directions I gave to them and there were zero issues. Everyone was extremely happy with the process! If we are ever in the need again, this will be our first choice.

Unfortunately I did not get to meet the bus driver but I know I have had MANY compliments from wedding guests!! Thank you sooo much for a smooth evening!!! And exceptional service!

We had First Student partner with us to provide shuttle services for our annual fireworks and fun event for the community. Getting the routes worked out, locations, etc was easy with the management.

The drivers were personable and helpful; worked with us as volume of shuttle passengers changed throughout the event. Real pleasure to work with and would love to have them serve with us again.

First Student's a great organization to work with and will hopefully continue to do so.

Thank you very much, both our Tuesday and Thursday trips went great. I have a terrible memory and cannot remember the names of our drivers....ugh! But I'll be calling again next June for the same camp, two days of field trips. Church of the Resurrection. YAY!

The DeSoto location called me the day ahead of our event and confirmed the name of the driver and his cell phone number. That was the first step in my confidence in the company.
Driver Dave Pierce arrived ahead of our targeted loading time. He was very pleasant and stayed in good communication with me throughout the professional baseball game, including where he was parked as our group exited the stadium. Better yet, he provided very safe travel to and from the stadium. I would highly recommend Dave Pierce as a driver for any event!

Having an air conditioned bus was a surprise and a bonus!

The bus driver didn't know where she was going and ask for our help, she was asleep I had to go wake her up to pick us on time, and we didn't make it back on time.
