The transportation for our recent trip was flawless. The driver arrived on time and our students were returned to campus at exactly the time we indicated.

First Student works with WHPS to move 275 children from 11 elementary schools to three different rehearsal sites, weekly for 16 weeks! They take care of our children, doing so on time and with great communication. This particular trip was for week 1. We look forward to the next 15 weeks with First Student. Many thanks

We used them for shuttle service for our wedding to and from the hotel for our guest. They did a fantastic job. Everything was perfect and on time. The busses were clean and comfortable and the drivers were awsome

Bus driver was falling asleep at the wheel. He was nodding off several times.

We had two buses and both drivers drove over the rumble strips several times. It made for an unsafe ride to BOS airport with our luggage.

The busses arrived on time for departure from the school and the venue. All bus drivers were friendly and made sure that the children were following bus rules.

Buses showed up as expected and drivers were professional - only issue was I was supposed to get a confirmation call the day before the event but never received it, and had to call a few different times to reach someone

The driver left the bride and groom following the reception conclusion to bring approximately 5 guests back to the hotel. At approximately 10:15-10:20 the driver was nowhere to be found. He left early instead of waiting for the bride and groom.

We were pretty upset that the driver of our bus with our wedding guests dropped them off at the wrong entrance. There was a main entrance where all guests needed to come and leave through. It was lit at night when they all were supposed to leave. Our guests were made to walk all the way through the brewery and then had to leave through a dark area on the backside. Our guests did not get to see all of the welcoming signs and get to pick up their shot glasses for the ceremony so some did not have them when the toast was done. Very disappointing.

Angie was on time and so very friendly!!! All our guests loved going back in time and getting on a school bus to attend our wedding.
