The bus to pick us up was about 30 minutes late, but they took an efficient route that got us to our location mostly on time. On the way home, the bus was very timely and we made it home in great time! Overall a good experience.

It’s been the second time when there was a mixed up with the bus and they didn’t send the service. One time we canceled due to the bus being late one hour and the second time the bus arrived almost two hours later but we decided to use the service because the kids were looking forward to it and they were really sad. It was so frustrating because they just got to spend 45 minutes at the zoo because we had to be back for nap time.

The phone and reserving process was easy, clear, and simple.

I think our bus driver got lost on the way there, but it's ok because there was traffic, as it's during State Fair Week as well, so it's understandable. He was really kind and arrived on time to pick us up. We had an employee with a walker that we were unaware that was taking the bus. The bus driver was kind to come down and assist. Thank you! :)

The buses were on time and stayed on site which was great because we had to leave early because of bad weather. I would say our bus driver was efficient but not friendly. Maybe that should not be a consideration, especially during the driver shortage.

Tom was an amazing driver! He was so kind and accommodating. Our driver last year felt as if he couldn't park in our drive, but to Tom, it was no hassle at all! I hope we have him again next year.

The day's event went great with the bus coming on time, friendly manner of the driver and care on the road. My only suggestion is in the booking process that the company call back the customer with verification from the bus company that the service can be provided. I, the customer, was asked to call them back in a 2 hour timeline with the hopes that they had an answer. I think the process would go smoother if they called back the customer instead.

We had a great experience hiring a First Student bus. The driver came a few minutes early, ensuring we were ready to depart right on time. The driver was very polite and helpful and the bus was clean. Excellent service.
