The bus, took a long and inconvenient route to the venue causing passengers to think they were lost. On the way back out to the venue to make the second shuttle run the bus got stuck because again, trying to cut through an area off the main road. Our passengers waiting to take the 1130 shuttle were then stranded and we had to make other arrangements for people. Not satisfied with the service.

We chose First Charter Bus Rental for our wedding shuttle needs based on cost efficiency. However, I would not recommend this company, as their communication and customer service are clearly lacking. We had to shuttle guests from point A (hotel) to point B (venue) as there wasn't enough parking on site to accommodate our guests. I called First Charter Bus to change our shuttle times two days prior to our wedding, and was assured that we could make those changes directly with the bus driver. I was told that there would be a $50 change fee if we made any changes over the phone. Let me be clear, I would have gladly paid an extra $50 to have a much smoother shuttle experience. We wanted to add more trips during the evening, and I was told that wouldn't be a problem, as they'd be there the entire time and could adjust to our scheduling needs. The evening of our wedding, the bus driver informed us that we could only have three shuttles. She was unwilling to work with us and not a kind human being. In the end, most of our guests left on the first shuttle as to not feel stranded for 2-3 more hours. If I could change anything from our wedding day, it would be to not use this service. Total bummer, but lesson learned.

We had a great experience! Our bus showed up right on time and our driver was very friendly. I will definitely use First Charter for future bus needs!

We had a great experience with our driver and our trip. Monica did a great job! The reservation process was a little slow, could be streamlined so it didn't take me 35 minutes to reserve a bus. Other than that, we would definitely use again.
