Very patient with me while trying to figure out what we were doing. Everyone I spoke with in setting up the arrangements was helpful and professional. Appreciated receiving a phone call confirmation of pickup place/time etc prior to the day. Driver was on time, very nice and accommodating.

One of the buses has a problem with the doors prior to our trip, apparently was fixed but it wasn’t, the doors didn’t closed so we wasted almost 40 minutes to change to another bus, also one of the 4 buses the sits were in bad conditions to sit the kids there. The drivers were polite and greet with manners, but for the price we paid buses should be a 100% working and sitting conditions

The service we experienced this weekend using First Charter Bus Rental was incredible. Our bus driver went above and beyond to make the day easy and enjoyable! The bus was super clean and fit the guests for our wedding perfectly! It was the best option for our wedding shuttle!

Great service. Bus arrived a half an hour early, helped take pictures of the whole crew once boarded, and was very nice!

The initial pickup was great. Driver was easy to talk to and enthusiastic. I paid for him to stay onsite and he told my wedding coordinator he was going home. My dad hit traffic and got to the hotel a little late. If the driver was onsite like it says in my contract, I would have been able to have him pick up my father. Instead the driver went home and he was 15 minutes away which would have pushed my ceremony back even farther. A bartending staff at my venue offered to go pickup my father.

Ms. Moseley was very sweet and friendly. She arrived on time and was very understanding and patient of all of our requests!

Bus driver was friendly there was only one issue, I was a little nervous because the pick up time was supposed to be 11 and the bus driver did not come till close to 1130. Also we only needed one trip over and one trip back. Other than that everything was fine

My husband I are very unhappy with the service provided on our wedding day. We had phone calls/email exchanges leading up to our wedding to discuss the bus itinerary. Communication was well done, however when it came to our wedding day, the bus had our guests on the bus for an hour. I learned from my guests that our driver took a wrong turn and was using map quest directions. We paid a lot of money for this service and were very disappointed to hear about our guests experiences.

Hired First Student and they were hands down a great choice. Customer service was super helpful and responsive. Our bus driver Tim was kind and flexible. The team in the local office were super kind.

We used this service for a wedding in Voorhees, NJ. Our guests loved that they got to shuttle to the venue in a school bus! Highly recommend. Price was market value, and compared to competitors came in a slightly under. I encourage you to reach out to them for a bid. Good luck!

He arrived early, was kind and patient, and we felt incredibly safe the entire trip! Norma was also amazing at setting everything up PROMPTLY and kept SOLID communication with me all the way up to an hour before the bus picked us up. We had a fabulous time with Tim on our four hour reality tour of South Jersey. He was always early for pick-ups and very considerate and tolerant of our noisy children (who have to walk to school), so were quite excited about being on a school bus!
