The driver was so so sweet and very accommodating! The admin office was easy to work with! The planning came through and everything about the pickoffs and drop offs was seamless! Thanks so much!

For starters the price was a little high. We feel like there could of been an easier route with less turns and much quicker, no need to take a big bus on small back roads. Braking was sudden at times and it felt unsafe.

We booked with first charter for our wedding shuttle. They were on time, flexible, and professional. We used them all day for our bridal party, 2 guest trips from our hotel to our venue, and then 2 trips to hotel from the venue at the end of the night!

Overall straightforward process to book for out wedding. All of our guests arrived on time from 2 pick up locations. At the end of the wedding, they were flexible with timing since it took a lot longer to get everyone out of the venue and on board.

Horrible. We booked two buses for my son's wedding. The second bus didn't show at 4:15. We called and got some story but was told 29 more minutes. Then we called again we were just put on hold! Worst customer service! Bus finally showed 50 minutes late. These guests missed the beginning of the service and we all had to have a shortened cocktail hour. This was the worst stress for me as a mother of the bride. Don't trust this company!!!!!

The bus was right on schedule, and the driver was courteous, helpful, and highly skilled (she had to navigate some rather narrow streets in South Bethlehem). Great trip for my wedding guests

The bus drive was on time. She was patient with us. She’s very polite, and understanding. We’ll definitely use the bus service again. The trip was excellent.

We used First Charter Bus to take our wedding guests from the reception to the hotel and they were so reliable! They performed exactly as we expected, were patient with our singing guests, and the bus was in great condition!

One bus was so late arriving we had to leave without it. Requested refund for this bus due to this.

One bus left for another run and wasn't there to take us back. We had to wait 30 min for it to arrive resulting in late return.

The service was outstanding! Driver was polite, efficient, and accommodating.
One suggestion, please let the party know that he will be onsite close to the departure time from the venue. We didn't know he was there and we errored in scheduling him too late and had we known he was onsite at the property, we would have asked him to transport earlier.

Bus driver was on time and friendly. Only issue was that we were supposed to depart at 10:30 but his paper said departure at 10pm so we were a little rushed but I’m not sure where the miscommunication happened. Otherwise all went as planned.

Our bus showed up on time, if not, a bit early. Our driver, Jeff, was very professional and accommodating which made the trip much more enjoyable for me as I was in charge of the trip.
