Placed and order for fire blankets over 4 weeks ago and still havent received the order. You cant speak to someone because it goes straight to voice mail and no one returns your call. Ive emailed them and have used their contact form and still nothing. Dont order from them.

Order Placed 11/28/25 for Christmas Presents. No information available except the money was deducted from my account. I have tried calling and always get a recording that team isn't available right now. I have tried chat and email route of contact. So beyond frustrated. Shipping was to be 2-5 business days. My order shows on my account on their website.

Like others have noted, I never received my items (4 pack of fire blankets). I ordered on November 28 and got a confirmation email that I'd get another when it shipped. I never got that second email and the order was expected for December 5. Nothing. I emailed the company twice and never got a response. Since it's been 2 weeks since expected delivery with no response from the company, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered fire blankets on November 29 and add of Dec 19, they have not arrived. I have emailed, I have texted, I have tried calling (no one answers the phone, ever), I've used the chat bot on their website, and I have heard nothing from this company. I'm on this site because I thought maybe they were fake altogether, but it looks like the are real - and really bad at customer service and shipping.

If I could give less than one star I would! I placed an order in November for a pack of four Fire blankets. I received an email stating they had received my order and since then I cannot get any information for shipping or tracking. I have called multiple times, filled out an inquiry form on their website, attempted to chat with no reply. These people are scammers!

Don’t do it. I wish I had done more research before placing my order on November 29, 2025. Received email confirmation but am now being ghosted. Sent 2 emails (unanswered) a voice message (unanswered) and another call that doesn’t even give you the ability to leave a message. I am now filing a fraud report with my credit card company. So sad that we live in a world where you cannot trust anyone.

I placed an order from them two weeks ago. After a week of not receiving anything except for my order confirmation email, I reached out to inquire about the status of my order to their customer service team. I still have not received a response. Their FAQ section says orders are shipped same day prior to 11 am or next day if after. It has now been 14 days and nothing except my confirmation email. I thinking this is a fake company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and will file a complaint with the state’s attorney generals office so they are aware this fake company is stealing money from people.

Buyer beware!!! Ordered 4 on Dec 4. They say 4 to 6 business days. Thats Dec 12. today’s the 16 still no blankets. 2 emails - unanswered. 1 text - no response. Buyer beware!

This company is a total scam. They take your money & then ghost you. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. There is no response to calls, texts or emails.

I ordered a pack of 4 Fire Blankets on Nov 18th, when I went to the tracking, it said was expected by Nov 24th. It is now Dec 11th and I have nothing but they have my money. I have emailed 4 times and called and left 2 messages and no one gets back to me. DO NOT ORDER, it's a scam!!!!

I made a bulk order of 8 fire blankets and have yet to receive my order over a month later. The tracking number that came with the initial purchase has fallen off the face of the earth. The website now states that my tracking number "currently has no shipment or tracking details." I have tried multiple times over the past month to contact the company with zero response. I have messaged on the website, emailed, called, and texted with zero connection with anyone. I even called a few of the T.J. Maxx stores that they claim to be whole salers, and they all said that they never heard of fire blanket before.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a long time because the website seems so legit, but it seems like my order is never coming.

UPDATE 12/27/25:
I have tried to reach this company multiple times thru multiple channels. I have an investigation request into PayPal for reimbursement. I have reported their FB page as scam/fraudulent. I went to their web page, signed into my account and they have now removed my order completely making it look like I never placed an order. Thankfully I have screenshots of everything before they removed it. All these positive reviews are more than likely as fake their company.

This is a bogus scam company. Once I placed my order the company seems to have gone silent. No shipping/tracking info, delivery not made on date stated, email not answered (most companies have a bot at this point to at least acknowledge the email). No way to reach an actual person via phone. At this point I’d like to just cancel my order and call it “lesson learned”.🫤

My mom asked me to place an order for her totaling over $100 on November 8th.

Shipping was estimated to take 4-6 business days - November 17 if it took the full 6 business days. It is now December 2 and still no delivery and no information on an estimated date in the Shop app.

I have tried calling the Fire Blanket Inc. number three times, I’ve texted twice, submitted a web form inquiry, and emailed them directly requesting information on an estimated delivery date over the course of a couple weeks.

Delayed shipments are occasionally understandable and unavoidable, but the complete lack of response/communication is astounding and unacceptable. You can’t even do a last resort contact on X since it looks like they do not operate pages on social media - probably to avoid public complaints.

At this point, it feels like my mom was scammed out of her money. Even if the blankets do eventually show up, the worry and time invested in trying to track down a delivery estimate for the order are not worth it. Order from a different brand.

I really liked their presentations. It showed situations that were very real in today’s home. My son had an experience in his kitchen with a fire on his counter. He put it out with a fire extinguisher and covered the whole kitchen with fire extinguisher residue. What a mess. Good thing he had one. It worked like it should. But the mess cleanup later was a lot of work. I see this blanket being able to put out the fire without the mess. Plus other things and simple to use for younger children. Compact and no service life. Reusable.

Your blanket was a life saver. My granddaughter had a fire in the microwave. Thankfully I had a blanket and was able to get to her home and put the fire out.

Just received our 2 blankets the week after my son accidentally caught an ottoman on fire. Definitely feel safer and more prepared for our future.

Heard about fire blankets originally from @dadchats but then heard about them again from a friend who had a fire and now has them hanging throughout their home! Hope I never have to use mine but glad to have them.

I feel so much safer have a fire blanket in my home.

I bought a fire blanket last year and feel very safe. I bought 4 more -2 for my daughter and 2 for my grandson. I want to feel they are also safe. This is the best invention. So easy to use and effective at a time you need effectiveness.
Highly recommend this product for all ages.

My table top bbq/smoker caught on fire (my fault 😢) on my front porch. I grabbed my fire blanket from inside, easily pulled to open and toss over the grill. Huge relief as my entire porch and cabin could’ve gone up in flames in a matter of minutes. I’m so grateful!
