Attention grosse arnaque
Attention grosse arnaque, facturation abusive et remboursement impossible. J'ai été prélevé de 80 euros et le support refuse de me remboursement. Il n'est pas possible de résilier en ligne, il faut écrire au support. Le contenu n'est pas qualitatif. Je vous déconseille fortement.

This company is awful. They've provided absolutely nothing to me. No ability to login, no services, no responses to my inquiries. This is a complete SCAM. I don't know why PayPal helps them rip off people. They're a pretty big liability for PayPal.

STOP TELLING LIES WHOEVER IS ANSWERING THIS. YOUR UNTRUTHFUL REPLY WILL BE GIVEN TO THE AFCA COMPLEX TEAMS AS A FURTHER ISSUE - IT HAS BEEN 12 MONTHS - COMPLAINTS TEAM HAS DONE NOTHING AT ALL

Fadzlyn Aming is the worst person to deal with
Have been a very good company over the years with great customer service especially Maree but when your having a difficult time in business they dont care and are happy to screw you over, Fadzlyn is the worst person to ever have to deal with, Stay clear there are plenty of better companies around
Easy setup, very secure and great terms
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. If a question arose that they did not know they were quick to revert with an answer.
The set up process was lightning quick and very safe.
We currently use Finstro for our International trade and even our suppliers are happy with the seamless process and secure nature of the transactions

Good at first, but has gone downhill!
I was impressed with the service level of my first contact; Avai. He was prompt in in handling my initial inquiry and assisted in getting the ball rolling. I was then in contact with Devyn who also has been helpful. It's been 3 weeks since my first chat with Finstro and I have yet to form any further opinion.

I write this update for people seeking finance with Finstro and seriously advise caution. While I am in contact with Kurimi from Finstro about my concerns, it has been several weeks of phone calls and emails from both myself to them; and Finstro back to me, without any positive news. Why? Because they're happily charging me interest and fees for the privilege of being one of their customers. I do feel that I will pay out what is due and move on.
Be cautious; wary; smart about your choice - Finstro may not be the best option. I will check back if this ever gets resolved so you can make up your own mind.
