I have used David Merry three times now, over the past nine years, which I think is ample proof of my satisfaction with his work. He could not be more helpful in explaining my different options and the pros and cons of each one of them. As a self-employed person it's not a straight forward process, and he has lead me through it with a steady hand.

David was so welcoming and approachable not pushy at all like my previous experience. I felt assured in what he was doing in his role and he organised and advised throughout the whole process including legal helping to chase where required. He was always available and very responsive. He provided timely updates and regular communication throughout the process - and was quick to help provide solutions whenever challenges arose - nothing was ever too much trouble.
