I got my fingerprints done by Ilse yesterday to send to the US and the whole process was super fast and efficient. She’s so kind and helpful! I was super appreciative that she leaves nights open so I was able to see her. She has many time slots and is super accommodating. I definitely recommend!

Amazing service from Ilse! I found out over the weekend that I needed background checks in both the US and Singapore and within the week, I had an appointment, my fingerprints taken, and the fingerprints sent off. Ilse is extremely thorough and knowledgable and walks you through each step of the process. Added bonus that she is incredibly friendly so the 30 minutes we were in the office for the fingerprinting flew by.
