We recently had the whole of our downstairs floor replaced and Finest Flooring were excellent from start to finish. They gave honest and expert advice on which floor would be best for our needs & they gave great design advice too. When it came to fitting, there was a problem with the batch and they rectified it swiftly and efficiently, keeping us updated regularly. Now it's all finished and we're delighted with the result. I have already recommended them to friends and we will definitely use them again.

DONT! be fooled by their website! Thankfully! These carpet fitters were so unprofessional i used another carpet fitter! AMAZING CARPETS! based in Hatchend is the service I used. I’m so grateful Finest Carpets were so rubbish!! Amazing carpets did a brilliant job at a good price! Check them out!

We contacted Finest Flooring to get new flooring for several rooms in our home. Tom was so responsive and friendly, provided us great advice about the different flooring options and detailed information about the installation work involved. Tom was also willing to provide support with providing a carpenter to look at creaking floorboards! We were delighted with Chris who completed the installation. We really valued his care and attention to detail and ensuring we were happy with the approach throughout the process. We are really happy with our new flooring! We would highly recommend Finest Flooring and we will certainly use them again in the future!
