poor customer service. no response after calls and emails for a custom order. Then proof went to production without approval, sent product to correct address but not correct person. This was a gift, so sending it to the correct person on the package was important. Would love for someone to contact me regarding a corrected replacement order. So far, I've only gotten a reply to this review.

Communication of product ordering and shipping was excellent

Beautiful Trophy and art piece we just wished the engraving was more visible on the base. It is really hard to read the engraving on clear glass - it needs either a color fill or something to make the engraving legible with the reflection.

Excellent service. Very prompt.

Very disappointed with our experience here. We received an award that was poor quality, very blurry resolution and the print even rubbed off. Then when asked for an alternative solution like UV printing the Customer Service rep did not understand, and even told me they only use UV printing (which was incorrect since this was printed with VividPrint).

What's worse is I cannot return this award for a refund - so I am out 300$, even though they could easily strip the print off the product and re-use it. Now I have to find an entirely new vendor in 4 weeks (I made sure to start this process early in case this would happen. Glad I did.) Very disappointed.

The product was fine but hiding pricing and not being explicitly clear where and what would be charged, including ignoring art instructions leaves me very frustrated.

If you need a trophy they are fine just be very very careful when it comes to ordering or expected additional fee’s that you were unaware of until you are charged.

As with my previous order, everything was perfect!
