Such a scam, found this company offering a pdf manual for £1.49. At no point did it say I was buying a monthly subscription. No refund, surprise, surprise. pdf manual has now cost me £51.29. Reported to my bank so they have blocked them.
On their actual Web site it states a monthly subscription but that's not how I found them. Gutted, lost so much money.

I received a copy of the manual I wanted immediately.
I did have a shock when I realised I was signed up for a monthly subscription without my permission.
However I contacted the company and after a couple of phone calls I was reembursed £24.50 X2 immediately so I thank them for that.

Had the same problem as everyone else is there anywhere to get your money back as in financial hardship and expected to only pay £1.49 but they took £25 ? Didn’t click anything to subscribe 😔 I am disabled and can’t afford this especially now 😢
STUPID ME!!!!!
I stupidly thought it was just one payment to download the manual. I now find that I have been paying £29.40 EVERY month for NOTHING. These are Fraudsters as nowhere does it say that they will take this amount every month until the stupid user stops the "subscription". Can anything be done to stop this FRAUD?????

I never had any manual ! I hovered over the site , then, when I found out the price, I left the site. The blighters have taken my money , but I never clicked on any buy button. That is like stealing : I had no idea that they could take my money without my agreement. I did not get any manual at all. Charged for nothing !!!!
Don`t go near this company, one sniff of you and your money will go. Disgraceful.

Similar to Suzi Everett. Drawn in by manual for £1.49. Then find out 4 months later that I have been paying £24.90 for a subscription I didn't want or ask for. Today the website seems clear but obviously not the only one to be caught out. Little better than fraud

Thought I was paying £1.49 for a manual to help my elderly mother use her phone and then found I had been signed up to a monthly subscription of £24.50. They say they have cancelled my subscription but refuse to refund my money.

Find My Manual - A Dishonest Company
This in my opinion is a very dishonest company. I bought a manual costing £1.49 for a Vacuum cleaner I was giving away, as it was too heavy for me, and I had lost the original owners manual.
Yesterday I caught a Pending Card Payment listed on my Online Bank, on checking I found they have been taking £24.90 from me, in October, November and December 2021. I have received a reply from them saying that they have cancelled any further 'subscriptions' and I am hoping yesterdays payment has also been cancelled, but they refuse to refund the £74.70 taken so far in 2021. They catch people out in a very sneaky way, DO NOT AGREE TO THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS. As an 80+ pensioner, I cannot afford to be scammed in this way.

If I could do no stars I would. Do not touch this company…it’s a scam. Took over £90 from me and I eventually discovered they were taking 24.95 every other month. ( I didn’t even get the manual) I did not sign up for a subscription but somewhere hidden in the small print they get you.. I bought access to the manual to the Bosh which doesnt exist on the website. Next from my account every month was taken £24.99 for nothing!

My 88 year old father loses over £100 to this company
My father who is 88 accidentally subscribed to this service thinking he was making a one-off payment of £1.49. He didn't realise that this was a subscription that then went up to £24.99 per month and he has been paying this for a year without realising. When I found out by his checking credit card account, he was very distraught. He received no email confirmation that he had signed up to this. After a lot of pressure and an initial refusal, Findmymanual has agreed to part refund him but he is still £100 out of pocket. The manual he was actually looking for is completely free on the manufacturer's website so he didn't even need this service. The phone operator basically said that if he has a credit card that he can use, then it is tough that he signed up.

I paid the initial few pounds for them to search. They replied they couldn't find my manual and WITHIN a FEW DAYS, the first instalment was deducted!.
I tried appealing to their CS but basically, they're not interested.

Total Rip Off
I find the car stereo manual I was looking for on Findmymanual.com great I thought costing £1.49. It came by email. Today I discovered they have taken 2 further payments of £24.90 from my account. I emailed them today to be told I have a premium subscription with them. I asked them to cancel with immediate effect and asked for a refund which they refused. Do not sued this company it’s a total scam. I’ve now seen others have been duped by these people too.

Requested a manual and was asked for 95p which I paid. They couldn't supply the manual but a week later tried to take £24.95 out of my account. When I emailed to complain they said they would cancel my subscription. I wasn't even aware I had a subscription!
Very Poor service
The website actually signs you up to a subscription account which quite frankly is very expensive at £24.95 every 2 months. Who needs that many manuals?
They didn't even find the manual I wanted and sent something similar so have not in my opinion fulfilled their obligation.
I have asked for a refund but doubt they will give it.

If you have ordered a manual, contact your bank and tell them not to pay any money out for this company. I had my the money taken £24.95 with no knowledge of any subscription and I never even received the manual, 0.95p. The only genuine things are the reviews on here be warned.
They did actually refund my payment, quite swiftly actually, but they should be more candid with their dealings, to this day I'm still not sure what I was supposed to be subscribing to.(ps. still never received the manual)
