Wonderful organisation
From getting a quotation through to getting home everything worked like clockwork. Two people were added to our group with no problems.
Flights were on time, picked up at the airport in a very comfortable vehicle.
Transfers to and from the golf clubs were all on time.

We have booked these trips with bigger companies in the past, but this time the service was more personalised and we had some very specific requirements for the group and it was dealt with very efficiently. Forest of Arden golf break
We booked a 2 night stay at Forest of Arden, with 3 rounds of golf included for a party of 4 golfers (and 1 non golfer). Brad from the booking team was efficient and responsive, and was proactive in contacting us ahead of our trip when additional tee times became available at the Arden course allowing us to play that beautiful course. We also had 2 rounds at the Aylesford, which is a decent course. Both courses were well presented and in very good condition. The hotel itself was fine, with a friendly vibe, good amenities and decent food options. The bedrooms were perfectly functional although a tad dated. We’ve already booked our trip to FoA again for next year via the same booking team (and got the same price, which was a bonus). One tip is to contact the pro shop well in advance of your trip to reserve a buggy if you want one for any of your golf rounds. We naively rocked up on the day expecting to be able to book a buggy for the Arden course, but none were available (and that was 3 hours before our tee time) - lesson learned for next year.

Middlesbrough Golf Trip
We played Cleveland and Wynyard in the North East of England in September as a group of 7. The golf courses were amazing and the weather held off for us and was really good all weekend. The hotel was exactly what we needed in the City Centre and included breakfast.
The booking agent (Bradley) was accommodating all the way through and when our first choice course wasn't available (Seaton Carew) it was replaced by Wynyard which was a fair alternative.
Thank you, would definitely book through yourselves again and we are just discussing as a group where to go next year!

Hotel in the Algarve
Find a Golf Break were diligent finding us accommodation at the Quinta Hotel and arranging three rounds of golf. The only problem was that when we signed in for golf it was in the agents name rather than ours. It was soon sorted and the rest of the stay was perfect.
Will use them again moving forward as I think their prices were also competitive

Be easier to publish what went right. managing the 1 in 12 free offer within the rate - failing to book all attendees into the hotel resulting in lads having to go home! Safe to say we will not be using this company again.

We are disappointed that you’ve chosen not to update your review, despite our ongoing efforts and contact. We’ve reached out to you multiple times, but unfortunately, we have not received a response from you.
As you are aware, we secured a refund from the hotel on your behalf, which has already been paid to you. In addition, the Golf Director from the hotel chain confirmed to you that the issue was 100% entirely due to their error — not the fault of Find a Golf Break. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel also provided you with a complimentary four-ball.
At the time, the hotel even found and offered a room to rectify the situation, which you declined.
You received the 1 in 12 goes free discount as part of your offer, which is why the individual amounts per person were lower compared to your initial quote. This was explained to you both via email and during your phone conversation.
We remain happy to discuss anything further with you and sincerely hope you’ll reconsider your review in light of the full context and the resolution that was reached.

Our trip to Bridlington went like clockwork and we couldn't have wished for better accommodation and wonderful Food which the Belvedere Hotel provided which all in all at the price paid was unbelievable value for money giving the 30 x Golfers who attended another memorable weekend both on and off the golf course.

First golfing weekend away.
Booked 3 rounds of golf and B&B hotel. Everything was great. Lovely golf course selection. Good Tee time's. Pre-booked buggies for each round. Which was a great idea to do. A big thanks to the team for organising a memorable weekend.

Not the best !!! Won’t be a third time , for sure
Interested to read the 5 star reviews ! Not my experience to be honest .. American trip last year , the car for 4 golfers cases and clubs , not fit for purpose had to upgrade , 700 dollars , ok that’s maybe an oversight so tried again , also the guys didn’t really like my review but it’s my opinion of how the trip went , just make sure you ask for communication as things are deflected back as being your fault rather than accepting ownership .. the Cyprus trip we booked has its own issues and that was July 2025, buggies not booked , monies used to book flights with conversation .. I could go one but best I just withdraw and wish you all the best !.. when 6 book and you ask for a deposit of each person , why would you not communicate that one of the party hasn’t paid are we ok to use other people’s monies ? Interesting you just used someone else’s money to pay for a flight ! .. then tell me buggies are all booked and guess what , they weren’t ! Yet more outlay by my guests … accept that communications were beyond poor ..

We value all feedback given and always want to ensure every client receives the best experience with us, and we pride ourselves with many clients stating we are great with communication therefore, we are a little surprised to see a 2-star review, given your comments at the time of travel, which was over a year ago now. Your own feedback when you returned from this trip stated that “it was great and well organised”, and your friend even shared on Instagram “What a trip this was” – which shows you all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It’s a shame you decided to write this review 12 months after you returned.
To clarify, you said the $572 you paid at the time was for insurance indemnity, not $700, so this did not have anything to do with the size of the car. We also exchanged over 150 emails and many WhatsApp messages, with lots of responses provided to you out of hours, with already having most answers detailed on your booking confirmation sent to you. Taking all this into account it’s a shame you have still felt the need to express your opinion and rate us as 2-star.
With regards to the Cyprus trip, buggies were booked. There were 6 golfers so 3 buggies were pre booked and paid for in advance. You then decided on the day of play to go out in 2 x 3 balls, which meant there was now an extra buggy required and to be paid for by you.
With regard to the flights, you asked us to arrange 6 tickets and provided both the names and the full payment for all 6. Later, you contacted us to ask whether one member of the group had paid us directly, and raised a concern that we had used your funds for that person’s ticket. To clarify, we simply booked the 6 tickets as per your original request and the payment you sent us. If you had intended for us to arrange only 5 flights, we would have expected 5 names and payment for 5 tickets.
We will continue and always strive to do our best and we wish you all the best in the future.
