Finch - The Trade Professionals Bewertungen

Three different jobs to be done, all completed quickly and efficiently to budget and within the forecast timescale by Mason.

Everyone couldn’t be more helpful. These guys know their stuff. Much appreciated as the problem was totally different to what was first thought. All fixed efficiently and cheerfully.

I had a new boiler installed from Finch. The experience was great from the initial engagement, understanding the best solution for my property and the actual installation.

I would highly recommend

As ever. Excellent service

Excellent service and plumbing from start to finish. This is the second time we have used Finch and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for a proper job!

Always responsive to enquiries, on time, polite, friendly and efficient. Jamie explains what he's doing and why and leaves clear instructions that give peace of mind.

We have used Finch for many years and they always do a very good job and are reliable.

Always extremely professional, helpful with fantastic service.

Jamie did a good job mending an annoying and persistent leak.

What made this company great, the people running it
They are some of the best plumbers I have ever met
There excellent work and attitude towards the job is outstanding, I have known finch for many years, and they have never let me down

Astonishing care and attention from Jamie & Finch - we call him the 4th emergency service, nothing is ever too much trouble, when you are in need he is on the scene as fast as he can be (even leaving some special events to come and help us). Incredible care and commitment, we simply could not be happier. As they saying goes, not all heroes wear capes, Jamie is 100% on of them. Thank you for everything!

Finch Plumbing did an excellent job for me again. This one was very tricky and took a lot of effort on Jamie's part - there was a problem with the hot water flow to the en suite. Jamie located the problem and managed to bypass the old pipes buried in the floor, rather than digging up the concrete! He was recommended to me for 'difficult jobs' and was brilliant. In the end it took him less time than the original quote and he reduced his bill accordingly.

Took longer than expected but a good job in the end.

Finch have been our plumbers for many years. We had a water leak at our property recently which they dealt with promptly and efficiently, carrying out the repair with the minimum of disruption and leaving everything in good order.
We cannot praise Finch highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. A very friendly and impressive company!

Very helpful and efficient. Jamie is such a warm and friendly man, very easy to talk to and explained everything.

A plumber who arrives on time ! There’s a first and the excellent service did not stop there, Jamie was polite knowledgeable and efficient and completed a very professional job would highly recommend this very top rate company

Once again, an excellent job completed by Jamie. A first service for our boiler, installed last year by Jamie, and a 5 year replacement filter + post filter replacement for our water softener. Cannot fault his professionalism and courtesy.

We had Jamie or Mason in our apartment on three occasions. On all occasions they were well able to explain things simply, identify the options and execute accordingly. Unusual also these days, they followed up on things. So highly recommended!!!

I wish I could give 6 stars to stand out above other 5 star reviews I've given as Finch is head and shoulders above anything else I've reviewed. I had a small studio bungalow completely done over- so new floor, kitchen and some work in the shower room plus new radiators and boiler. So a lot!
The work was great, all workmen reliable and tidied up after themselves, the price competitive and fair, deadlines kept. But what stood out for me was an exceptional collaborative attitude. Jamie (who oversaw everything) didn't just want to make sure the job was done well he wanted the customer to be happy and offered advice, clear costings, and fantastic attention to detail. I changed my mind on some of the work needed just before work started but the planning encompassed this seamlessly. Cannot recommend highly enough!
