Would highly recommend this company, easy to get set up and for the past 5 years I have had no issues. I became unwell during the iva and had to take payment breaks but the support team were amazing and helped me through everything.

Always helpful and supportive and explained the whole process.

Five years ago my debt gave me sleepless nights when I finally took the first step to deal with it FSS were supportive and understanding, I hadn’t told anyone about how much debt I was in and with their compassion it gave me the strength to finally tell my husband. The relief I felt was immense a weight had been lifted. I had affordable repayments and could breathe again. The last 5 years have gone so quickly and if anyone is in the same situation I found myself in then I would strongly recommend FSS to getting your life back on track.

FSS helped me when I needed it most! The agents were always very patient, compassionate and supportive. They always made sure that I understood exactly what was happening and why and made sure that I was happy with the process.

I’m so stressed to hear so many people have the same issue as me saying I’m ‘ in breach’ for suddenly creditors upping what was originally owed how can be right ! After 6 years get to the final months and suddenly there’s more I have to pay this is so unfair how can they do this to you and suddenly spring this on you right on the last hurdle !! I have paid so much in to them and basically left me worse off it’s not on how can they do this !

I only have 1 more month left on my IVA. The team have been very supportive throughout. At my last review, I was told I owed an additional £6500 due to income, I called them and explained that I was coming off of maternity leave so the review wasn't an accurate representation of what I had been earning throughout the year, they got this sorted immediately and lowered to £150 and agreed to take this as a final payment. I have used both phone support and live chat, and both are extremely helpful and non-judgemental, making me feel better about the situation I got myself into 5 years ago.
