Literally the best shower filter ever. I live in college station and the water here is so soft and often times feels a little slippery so my face/ body never feels FULLY clean but this shower filter is honestly the best. The water feels so good on my skin and just the few days I’ve used it I’ve seen so much improvements. Especially for my black girls that suffer with hyperpigmentation and acne scars, this filter is the way to gooooo. originally, I had a little trouble with installation, but that was because someone had previously wrapped the shower head in plumbers tape. after calling my dorm facilities, they were able to install it for me! as you can see in the picture, the chrome is truly beautiful and super reflective. the water pressure stayed the same for me.

overall, im really happy i finally invested in a quality shower filter. among me and 8 other roomates that share the shower as well, the costs split make it super worth it. I would try this out if you’re in college!

Terrible company. I ordered 2 filters. They never delivered. When I notified the company, they wanted me to pay $27 to reship. When I asked them to minimize the ship charge they would not do it. Even if it meant losing my business long term. They immediately cancelled subscription and closed out my claim. I am now out of $120. This is all I need to know about this company.

Terrible terrible business practice. They claim the products were shopped but my address is a secured lockbox. The items did not arrive and they could not, would not, make it right. I do not care what the usps tracking states. I have no idea what they shipped or even if they got the address correct, as it never arrived.

The product is really easy to install and did not take a lot to put into my own sink. The feeling of the water feels such better after I wash my face now. The product still has great quality of water coming out and the filter absolutely great!

I LOVE the Filterbaby!!! It makes the water pressure perfect, and I love how I can switch between filtered and unfiltered water. One of my friends got one, and she raved about it. I’m so glad I hopped on the train because this thing is AMAZING! My skin feels hydrated and not dry after washing my face, and the little filaments on my forehead have reduced. It was also super easy to put on, the video they give us basically does half the work for you. Only took us like 15 minutes. I wish I had one when I was still living in my apartment, but better late than never!!
