I’m super pleased with this filter. It was so easy to install and fits perfectly with my dual shower head. I already have the Filterbaby sink attachment, so when I saw there was a shower filter I knew I had to try it.

Because I often wash my face in the shower, I’m excited to see if my skin shows any improvement. While I couldn’t necessarily feel a difference when I added the filter, I know I’ll be able to see one soon. I am also interested in the potential hair effects. The color matches wonderfully and It doesn’t add too much bulk to the shower.

These look pretty but are way over-priced, and of so-so quality. I spent $125 on the FIlter Pro, and now it is time to replace the filter ($42) and the lid won't come off. It requires a special wrench (which is nuts) and I have tried twisting it (yes, I followed the video guide, twisting counter clockwise) to no avail. I am in good shape - I can't imagine what its like for someone who might have motor skill issues. Really poor design. Don't recommend.

PS - I was reading all the 5-star reviews. C'mon - who writes like that? I assume they are mostly fake.

I ordered a filter baby on December 22, 2024. I still have not received the filter with promises that it’s coming this month October 2025. I find the customer service is a rather slow. I am knocking into an answer as to why this order of mine has taken so long, I have been promised extra little goodies to come with my order. I just want the filter baby filter. Can anybody tell me what is going on with this company?

I absolutely love this product. It was so easy to install and put together, took less than 5 minutes. Helps my skin so much because my apartment has such hard water. I love the way it flows out too. It’s really nice and looks pretty as well. Good pressure.
