I’ve ordered through fillerhouse several times now and have had nothing but great service and great products. My orders have always been shipped out within a day of ordering and I always recieve them within 3-4 days. The prices are unbeatable especially during the sales. Thank you

I feel the need to leave a review because there are just too many concerning negatives. Because of their holiday sale, I decided to bite the bullet and place a large order. I’ve held off for months because of these reviews and spent more money elsewhere. I placed my order on Saturday and held my breath. I received an email on Sunday that the order was received and on the following Wednesday received my order! Woohoo! I will order again. My only complaint is the money transfer process for payment, what a complete pain. I do hope they update this to a better system soon.

Order was sent immediately, seller was responsible and responsive, I highly recommend them !
FYI though, FedEx delayed my package for no reason, otherwise I would get my package 2-3 days earlier.
I will work with Fillerhouse from now on.

I have been looking for a legit Korean company who are selling legit aesthetic products. I found some and been using them for a while with no problems. Then I stumbled on this website’fillerhouse.com’ and saw that they are way way cheaper than most if them. Then I got skeptical, i said to myself maybe bec they are not good? Then i thought the only way to know is to try I guess. I sent them an email with a lot of questions, some of them are irritating i think. But Manage ‘Jivo’ was so professional & prompt in answering them, he gave me a straight forward answer which satisfied me. So, my first order arrived 3 days after payment, same with 2nd & third. But the last one was at least 5 days but it was fedex fault. We were not quick enough to open the door so he left and left a note to say he will be back the following day.
All my products came in an excellent condition, well packed & protected.
I will continue to use this company and my other trusted companies until I stop being vain, and because they make things affordable for me.

Service client courtois qui a répondu a toutes mes questions.
Le colis a été très bien confectionné, avec de la glace pour les produits a risque avec les chaleurs.
J'ai eu des petits cadeaux de qualité, et les produits sont fiables, la plupart des dates limite d'utilisation allant jusqu'en 2023, je les attendais avec impatience, j'ai pu en essayer des nouveaux que je ne connaissais pas, et c'est un vrai régal.
Je conseille vivement ce site pour son sérieux et professionnalisme, ainsi que pour la qualité des produits. Je suis ravie.

Unfortunately, there always seems to be an issue ordering from this site. They list items as available when they are actually out of stock. Also, you have to chase them to find out the progress of orders, as sometimes they won't send a confirmation email or an update on dispatch delays.
I've also received an incorrect order, which is the most frustrating thing to resolve of all!
Fillerhouse have a good selection of products, but their customer service needs improving. Lastly, they have the highest import charges compared to other Korean vendors I've used, so it's just not worth the hassle.

Fillerhouse has the best quality beauty products at the absolute best prices and they ship super fast.
I have been their happy customer for five years maybe more. Never had any issues. Their customer service is the gold standard in quick response.

My friend & I Placed a $600+ order which was subsequently cancelled due to a system glitch on their end. They keep insisting they refunded the $ yet the bank says no such credit has been processed and now we are stuck in a 90 day dispute process through the bank. They never answer their phones & now our funds are tied up and we can’t take advantage of any sales on other sites. Their prices may be cheaper but the headache is not worth it! Be ware when ordering here!!! They will not communicate, absolutely NEVER answer their phones and will not work with you in a timely fashion! They should have reprocessed the order on their end since they have the funds already!!! Why should we be held liable for a glitch on their end & be told that we have to reprocess our order on our end?!

I have been looking through every Esthetics site in South Korea that is a legitimate business for months now, trying to decide which one to try first. Fillerhouse exceeded my expectations. No other company in this industry can beat Filler House's Prices and their products are of wonderful quality. Usually, this would mean that either shipping or customer service suffers due to low price but not in this case, amazingly. Their customer service representatives are personable, knowledgeable about their products and can answer all questions involved with their products and in a reasonable amount of time. They also ship, at least to the USA, faster than most American companies do. I placed my order with them on 8/9 and already received it this morning, 8/12 via Fed Ex! They have certainly gained a new and very happy customer in me! Thanks FillerHouse! PS Just an extra refreshing detail: They package all of their products very nicely so that nothing is broken or wet, if something were to beak or leak, and they take some time to package their products in such nice, quality materials.

Im writing a review after i read the ridicuous ones/ first iffeho cares where it comes from this company is awesome i never had one issue shipping time is better than ebay and almost identical to ship time of amazon this is ridiculous people will post a bad review that says they hide by saying California but not- shoot im fair trade shoot ill be business friends with japan korea, thioand india i love people this is wrong!!!!! Who cares where someone is maybe they are in the blie zone areas and we get better soil than cancer soil of usa and im proud to be usa and will write negative if needed but seriously? This company beats all others way to go!!!!

I was hesitant to place an order for the first time, but glad that I did. I received my order in 6 days! I previously used another company in Korea, but it took very long time to arrive! Thanks and keep it up!

Since vianacare has currently stopped shipping outside of the U.S. I was looking for a new vendor to order fillers and botulinium from. After searching reviews and consulting with some people on Youtube who have ordered from fillerhouse (who, while not praising the company, did say they were sent their items, albeit late) I decided to try it out.

My credit cards were rejected, over and over. "FDS" (fraud detection service) kept blocking it. Fillerhouse staff prompted me to pay via paypal, but implored me NOT to include their company name, any product names, or order numbers. I found this highly suspect, but assumed this was an effort to avoid taxes or disguise revenue that wouldn't affect things on my end.

I went to pay them via paypal: isn't that strange! paypal has PREVENTED the account they gave me from accepting payment. Their support staff confirm they're no longer accepting paypal. This was 2 days after being directed to use paypal.

After that, I gave up. I was attracted to fillerhouse because their price points are markedly cheaper than other competitors. I had my reservations. I also believe that a good portion of the reviews have been written under the promise of compensation. If you look, the 5 star reviews all come from brand new accounts, in quick succession. The entire experience wasn't quite right. In the end, I'm glad that the 2 day delay I had in using paypal prevented me from potentially getting scammed.

So i found fillerhouse through a big youtuber kim from natural kaos and she was showing numbing creams well i just recently got a tattooed sleeve and have alot of shading work todo so i thought oh cool ill order this stuff, it works great its strong....i contact my bank to unblock international charges they do i goto pay for an order $81.12 on fillerhouse and a red message comes back denied so i call my bank and she says no ur unblocked on our end hun....i then contact fillerhouse and they send me a paypal link to try and pay through which stated dont write any order info or product info 🤔 so i pay it goes right through i message fillerhouse via chat on there website bottom right corner and they say oh we only received $70.00 so i told them no i have my bank statement and my paypal history proof 2 more days go by and im asking wheres my tracking # order # or SOMETHING and they then msg me sry about the confusion well send out july 16th....july 16th comes and im like hey any info? I get a msg back saying sorry we didnt receive any payment i then call there 888# on there website and the lady sounded asleep and said oh i talk to manager call u back....didnt call back didnt ask for my # nothing!! So now i feel scammed and contact pay pal and there telling me the wait time is til the end of the month. CRAAAAZY and tattoo apt is in 2 days...UPDATE fillerhouse contacted me via email and said sorry for the confusion paypal charged me a fee and they will send out the products immediately and they sent a free jar to apologize it was over nighted along with 2 face masks and they were all packaged very well! Ty for making right wish communication was better from the beginning; )
