I love ordering from FillerHouse. The shipping is the fastest of all the Korean beauty sites. The quality is always excellent. You can trust the products that they send you. If I could change anything, I wish they had an easier way to pay. You have to use Wise. I wish they would do Sezzle like other places do. 100% recommend this place!

I’ve been using FillerHouse for over five years and never had issues. Once I made a mistake ordering not understanding sale items is not included in any additional sale or promotions. They were nice to help me edit my order.
Their shipping is incredibly fast coming from Korea. It usually takes about 3-5 days max. Payment has never been an issue when using Wize.
One thing… I do wish they had more buyers review on products.
Other than that I would highly recommend.

I placed my order on 4/23 the order was shipped as normal. After a few days of being in Oakland, CA the transit update featured a “❗️Delivery Update” status. After looking this up it means either weather preventing the package from arriving or something wrong with the package (ie confiscated) I reached out to Jivo at Fillerhouse. They told me to reach out to FedEx, and they did the same. After no progress, on 5/1 I asked for replacements to be shipped out given that it was clear this would not self resolve and even if it did my packet was heat sensitive and I paid additional for ice packs. Jivo advised unless there is a return tracking number they are not willing to do this. On May 6 I advised how upsetting it was that I didn’t have my products for a needed event, but more so how infuriating it was that they did nothing to resolve the issue and asked for a refund, I got no response. It is now almost 3 weeks later and they still have my money, without me having my order in hand or even one on the way.

I love ordering from filler house. I really enjoy the large selection of threads available and also the prices are extremely competitive. My orders are always packaged, perfect and delivered promptly.

I was reluctant to buy cosmetic supplies from overseas bc of customs etc etc… anything I could be worried about and I had a lot A LOT of questions. Jivo is by far one of THE best people/customer service reps/managers I have ever worked with. Jivo’s patience was stellar. I understood what I was buying, reassured me about shipping, followed up with me. FillerHouse is the only cosmetic & skincare company I order from. The bees knees.
And one more thing: the sales are phenomenal.

This is a great company for botox and chemical peels ( and other things!) But especially the botox. It's all FDA approved in South Korea so it's very safe. They do an excellent job here

It is just amazing that I can safe quality products from so far away in such a short time. My orders are always correct and they send me all the extras needed to use my supplies, such as needle, sodium chloride. Plus they send a few extra goodies. Like fa e masks. I have been using Fillerhouse for se eral years now and I love it and highly recommend.
