Completely exceeded my expectations
From the moment I received the package I was happy. Beautiful, sustainable packaging that brought a breeze from Bali.
I got the Floral Fusion & Wild Rose Serums, and I fell in love with the Floral Fusion. The smell, the texture, the after-feel, everything that I expected. The Wild Rose will be perfect for when it's cold. It gives an extra moisturizing boost.
I also got, and this was the biggest surprise, the Papaya & Pineapple (both the Cleanser and the Exfoliant).
-> THE CLEANSER PEOPLE, The Papaya & Pineapple Cleanser. It's the best-kept secret in the skincare industry. How is nobody talking about it? The way that you apply it to dry skin, massage it, and rinse it when you step into the shower is so practical! And it has become a morning ritual for me. I don't think I would be able to wake up without its lemongrass/citrus pick-up scent!
Very happy with the way the products have acted on my skin. I've been using them for about a week, and I already feel my skin hydrated, elastic, and glowing.

Regrettably, we did encounter an issue with the packaging of that particular product, which is truly exceptional and has earned recognition through various awards. We understand how disappointing it must have been to not be able to fully enjoy its benefits due to the faulty packaging.
Please understand that as a brand committed to quality, we produce only fresh batches of our products, and sometimes, certain ingredients are subject to seasonal availability. Unfortunately, this situation prevented us from restocking and replacing the product promptly.
However, I'm pleased to inform you that we have since addressed the packaging issue and are currently in the production phase, ensuring that the problem will not persist. You can expect to receive your fresh serum stick in the mail very soon.
Regarding your attempts to contact us through social media, we deeply regret that we didn't respond promptly.
