great products that actually work
i’ve never had any need to contact customer service so i can’t leave a review for that, but in general i like their products and prices. spent twice as much on a different brand of probiotic at a pet store, as it was literally the only one they carried, but found this online after doing some research. my cat loves it - she hates anything remotely medicine tasting or even anything suspicious in her food (like pumpkin purée, which i’ve tried in the past). she needed a probiotic after having a bad reaction to an antibiotics shot, and i’ve had her on fidobiotic’s cat probiotics ever since. their hairball one really does help her with her hairballs - she’s even on a hairball-specific dry food but that doesn’t do nearly enough for her, but with this she’s gone from having hairballs very regularly to almost never! she can go two weeks or more without having any. i just wish they would make a larger size available, as i’ve started giving it to my other cat who struggles with occasional constipation (and this has helped her so much), so a bottle only lasts me 15 days, and the delivery takes a while but that’s on the usps, not fidobiotics. this stuff works so much better than miralax, which is what my vet suggested i try. i would absolutely recommend giving these products a try if your pet has any need for a probiotic
