I needed one new rim due to an unfortunate pothole accident and received excellent customer service. Webshop didn't allow me to order due to "out-of-stock" status as default qty of an order is 4pcs but when reaching out they checked the status manually and found 2pcs and prepared the quote in same minute. In less than a week the new rim arrived to Finland :)

Exellent! More than enough rims to choose. The tyres were made only few weeks ago. Some delay in the process caused a note that these rims do not fit in BMW F40. Well, my car is F11 which was clearly stated in my order. So we had to change few emails to get things right. Not a big thing but the person taking care of the order should check things before asking customer to verify the car model which is already there in the order.

Initially, a delay was reported in the delivery but after about one week the alloys were shipped and then arrived quickly and in good condition.

Comunication a bit slow and still we did not understand why we had to buy our whells on the Finnish website (paying them 100 Eur more than on the German one), when our wheels have been shipped directly from Germany. A part from this, all the rest of the service has been great and the product perfect.

Wheels ware ok but summer tires not so good. DOT was on them 13/17. So when I will but them to the car springtime they will be over 3 years old. All so the balance of tires seems to be off..

Tires that are just under 3 years old may be sold as new but have a shorter life. I have never seen before that more then 20 wheel weights per wheel being used to balance the tire, as the tire set I had ordered. I can't attach them to my car yet as the road is not yet suitable for summer tires and test do the tires shake a lot.. It would be a good idea to have the DOT date displayed on the tires sold on the site.

And one star out because the customer service response to the criticism was too defensive and all-knowing. I know that less than 3 years can be sold as a new tire and et al., But it would be good to know what I am buying.
