Terrible customer service…
I bought some crocs (size uk 7) and all the labels say ‘uk 7’ but on the actual shoe it says uk 8 so I sent them an email and they said they were busy… I tried the next day and they said it is a size 7 and it’s ALL MY FAULT so I requested to talk to the manager and they came back saying they were busy so really bad customer service…

Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars as I dont do it lightly. First time on site so got a voucher for free delivery, happy days, ordered sandals at 5pm yesterday and they arrived before noon next today!! Cant believe it. Nothing gets here that quick in Northern Ireland. Very happy with purchase and would definitely use this site again.

Beware postage charges both ways.
Will never use again due to costing me £7.45 in postage for shoes that were so narrow I couldn't get my foot in. I noticed after that Next sell the same shoe and warn that they are narrow. No such advice on their site so wasted postage money and also had to pay to return them. Never again.

Unfortunately the wrong boots were in the box. Emailed FHW straight away. They apologised for the inconvenience and supplied a returns label. Only thing is there is no exchange facility. That appears to be the norm now with most companies.
