I reached out to customer service to order more purses that were out of stock. They notified me right away when they got additional inventory and helped me place the order. Very quick support and resolution.
Recently I purchased the loveliest of cardigans. Being a member I so appreciate the quality and workmanship of this piece. I have been allergic to wool since my 20’s. I am able to wear few sweaters with partial cashmere. This particular argyle cardigan is so soft and comfortable it’s a joy to wear! I highly recommend both this cardigan and the membership. Do not wait!

I just signed up for the quarterly membership and placed a pretty big order in preparation for a work trip. I didn’t realize some items are shipped internationally so was worried nothing would come in time. I reached out to customer service and they were able to adjust my shipping (I paid extra for this but only $35) and get my items shipped out with next day shipping. They were super responsive and everything arrived not just on time but early! The clothes are also incredibly high quality and so reasonably priced.
Clothing quality was fine and shipping was fast however be aware that their return process is very sketchy. They "rejected" my return for a few hairs on the dress. Their return policy says things will be rejected if they are "damaged or show significant wear and tear" which is reasonable, but I've never had any other company be so strict even when I asked for clarification/a review. They also don't send you the "rejected" clothing back so they're just taking your money. Ended up cancelling my subscription because of it. Basically, just be sure you'll want to keep the item you're ordering before you do and you'll be fine.

buyer be aware!!! they will refuse your returns and claim that there are stains or damages to the items even though the items were never worn besides the 30 seconds it took to try on. their quality has been on the decline for years and they will keep hundreds of dollars hostage claiming to "donate" "damaged goods" to "charity..." probably for a write off for their greedy, scammy little company.

I was impressed with the customer service I received when my order was marked "delivered," but was in fact not. Few Moda offered to resend me the order if it did not turn up in a few days. Thankfully, three days later it showed up on my driveway (I think it had gone to a neighbor by mistake), so this wasn't necessary, but I was grateful for their understanding and help over an issue that was on the shipper and not them. Although the responses could have been a little more timely, overall I felt they handled the situation well and treated their customer with respect.
I shipped a return back to Few Moda using the prepaid label. The shipping company lost my package. The Few Moda customer service team answered my emails immediately when I became concerned about my package return. When it became clear that the package was lost, the customer service team at Few Moda still issued me a full refund. Their customer service has always been responsive and helpful, but this was above and beyond. I will recommend Few Moda to anyone. Their clothing quality is outstanding, but the customer service is top notch.
I love Few Moda! Loving the new collabs, high quality fabrics, and prices! I would love a bit more variety with patterns (I LOVE navy but there is really only one navy floral pattern. It comes in a lot of the dress patterns but I don’t want a bunch of dresses in that same pattern) I also would love for the mini dresses to be a bit longer (or have the option for tall sizing!), like just above the knee! Love you guys! An annual membership is my birthday gift to myself to you every year, keep the great styles coming!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a top and a dress from this company. The top is okay, but they completely misrepresented the dress. The item I received is made from a cheap material and is several shades off from the version on the website. They state that shipping will take 6-9 days, but it took almost three weeks.
If I wanted to buy an item that looked cute but was poorly crafted, I would've saved some money and ordered off of Shein. I'm so disappointed with the quality that I'm going to be returning this item. Note that the return policy is "within 28 days of shipping" not within 28 days of receipt. With a shipping process that takes up to three weeks, this is a garbage customer experience.
They mark up the prices like 3-4x and then slash for their membership discount. It's a total scam that they're employing to trick customers and get a guaranteed cashflow.

Extremely disappointing experience with Few Moda. I returned four items, all in excellent condition aside from a small amount of removable pet hair—something not listed anywhere in their return policy as grounds for rejection. Instead of notifying me or offering any resolution, they rejected the return outright and disposed of the items, leaving me with no refund, no credit, and no opportunity to recover them. I had to reach out myself just to avoid losing the full value of the order. Only after multiple follow-ups did they offer partial store credit, which I had to push back on to receive fair treatment. As a paying member, I expected far better communication, transparency, and accountability. Their vague “perfect condition” policy gives them unchecked discretion, and the choice to discard perfectly wearable items rather than return them is both unsustainable and unacceptable. I would not recommend this membership or company.
Edit: they gave me a 100% store credit, which I still believe is not a fair compensation, but were not willing to budge on anything. I would still not recommend.

Wow this is going to sound like a robot but truly best customer service I've ever recieved. Two items were missing from my order, I emailed customer service and had a personal response and perfect solution within 5 minutes. Never happened before. Generally, the clothes all seem high quality and exactly as in photos. Very happy to have found this brand.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICES
Once every quarter as a member you get $30 to apply to your order for 3 months. My credit wasn't working (days before the expiration date) and I finally emailed the FewModa team the day before expiration with screenshots of their site rejecting my credit. In response they said I was using another discount code which was not true so I responded to say that wasn't the case, then they said that I didn't have the minimum amount in my order of $150, when I had $230 in my cart! They completely refused to help me and lied to me about the problem so they didn't have to be accountable and when I tried responding to their email their inbox for both their customer service email and info email were "full" and not receiving messages. These people are SCAMMERS and not interested in upholding their membership perks. I feel so depleted trying to contact them because they don't have any other contact info besides these two email inboxes that they either turned off or blocked me from for no reason. I will be deleting my membership IMMEDIATELY.

I am extremely disappointed by both the quality and their service. I am reading now through these reviews that a lot of other customers have has very similar experiences and it feels like Few Moda imposes extremely sketchy and poor business practices.
I ordered an item online, tried it on when I received it, it didn't fit and was very poor quality. I immediately took off the item and put it back in it's bag with all original tags intact and returned the item in it's original packaging. I then got an email saying my return was rejected due to a deodorant mark. This is astonishing - I hardly tried on the item and certainly never wore it anywhere. Something that can easily happen in a try on experience and seems like an utterly bizarre reason to deny a return. I have been emailing their customer service back and forth and they are no longer answering any of my emails and are refusing to return my money. So I am now left without the item and without my money. This is truly horrible business practice that should be illegal. I do not recommend them whatsoever.
It should also be noted the quality of the items and fabric is horrible and not what they are claiming to be....
